I ordered Samsung s22ultra on March 13 2022.
Later planned to cancel the same on same day. . Was able to cancel the Phone case and charger which was part of the order. But the phone +smart watch has no cancel option.
After multiple reach to customer support got watch cancelled, but they are not cancelling the phone order.
Had hard time with chat support again. They said will get cancel after 24 to 48 hr.
Next day a cancel option came visible on samsung shop app.
I initiated but even after 48hrs is not cancelled.
Reached support but they are not helping.
The order is not shipped still ist not cancelled.
I paid via credit card and no refund initiated yet .
If this goes I will be billed by credit card provider for a cancelled product. Was this information helpful? |
