Samsung — Order Cancelled But No Refund Received

Placed an order of Fridge from Samsung Shop (Order Id: [protected]) worth Rs. 1.07 Lakhs. But due to delay in delivery had to cancel the order. It's been 15 days now since order cancellation but I have not received my refund yet. Every time customer care gives the same response that it has been escalated but no one is able to give any proper explanation. This is customer's hard earned money and if you have no right to hold it without any reason. Please look into it.
