I had ordered mobile phone samsung galaxy s10 lite on 31st july, 2020 on samsung india website using my corporate email id with order id as [protected]. It was a prepaid order. There has been no progress on the shipment and it is still in approved status not even packaged I written several email and called customer support regarding an update on delivery but no one responded Was this information helpful? | |

I called your customer service representative more than 30 times but she/he raised my complaint and did not take any action. I am not expecting such kind o[censored]naccepted behavior from a company like you who operates in several countries .
If you are unable to address my concern, kindly refund my complete amount by end of the day and give me back my wasted 5 6 day If you fail to respond to my query, I will have to take this matter to the next level.
