I brought samsung galaxy a80 from flipkart on 26/06/2020 i found a dot on screen while using back camera. I am continiously followup for replace my phone, samsung service center is also agree to raise d. O. During replacement time. But online team has a lots of confusion in this matter. They miss guide me about policy.

      Respected sir,

      This is with reference to a samsung qled television i purchased from samsung website online on 28th june for which rs. 79999 was deducted from my credit card. The tv was supposed to be delivered on 17th july 2020. However till date there is absolutely no update. It only shows under approved status in the samsung site. Sad to state that a company like samsung do not have the right resources who can update and support the customer with correct information. The customer care representatives are completely clueless and have no idea on my order status. I have raised multiple complaints to them but of no help. Please note this is a big amount and i have started paying for my credit card towards this amount without even the order being delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable.
      I hope to get some support on my order from this is at the earliest.
      Note: i had also ordered for a galaxy s10 and a power bank on your website, much after placing the tv order and the same got delivered. So question of the same getting delayed due to current lock down situation doesn't arise.

        Very bad quality screen...

        I recently purchased the samsung galaxy m11 smart phone from the samsung website and it got delivered on 17 june and it was not even one month that got over and the screen got broken.. But wait it did not broke automatically, actually it fell from my hand from above 1.5 feet,

        Now coming to the point, its not that the screen should not have broken, the point is that when phone falls down the screen will surely get damage but it should have one or two breaking lines on the screen, but here with my phone the situation is the worst, the screen got crushed having breaking lines like if it was hit by a hammer. I have attached the photo for your reference. You could see number of breaking lines in it..

        How bad quality screen glass is it.. I am in shock that samsung being a reputed company has product with low standard parts even worst parts.

        I have another phone of another company brand which i have been using for past 3 years, and it has fallen down from above 5 feet numerous times, but i could could see two or three broken glass lines on it.

        But this phone is worst of all i have seen with respect to the display screen glass.

        This was the first samsung phone i had bought, and it has become a worst experience that i had. I had used some three phones before but none had given me an issue like this.

        Hope samsung will take this as a serious issue and works accordingly. Hoping for a positive response from samsung

                Hello,

                This is priyanka arora from new delhi, india

                This is regarding my recent purchase of samsung s 20 ultra from croma, preet vihar.

                I pre - booked the handset on 22nd february 2020 and was supposed to get on 18th march
                (As committed by the executive there). I did the regular follow but phone delivery at the store got delayed and after that lockdown happened.

                Still i was in touch with the croma manager and i was assured that the handset would be coming in april but it finally arrived around 15th june at the store, i got a call for the same but as i was not in delhi so couldn't come.

                I came back in the first week of july and went to buy the phone on 8th july. Honestly, i was not interested to buy the phone anymore as it got too delayed. When i booked the phone i was excited. Still as i had already booked i agreed to purchase.

                When i went to the store, i told all this to the samsung representative - nitin. I also told him that my only reason to buy the handset now would be for the galaxy buds plus and screen replacement scheme i was committed at the time of booking.

                I confirmed with nitin again and again for the scheme, he said you will definitely get the scheme as u have pre-booked and he confirmed the same with his senior (Ajay) and other representative who were available at the time of booking and everyone confirmed him the same. Still, even before swiping the card i confirmed again and he said you will get the buds and screen replacement scheme in 48 hours.

                After the purchase, when i tried to activate the scheme it didn't get activated so i called on customer care number. I was told that the scheme was over on 30th june 2020 and i cannot avail the same. I was shocked to hear this as nobody informed me about this.

                I called nitin, he himself was not aware of the scheme end date, he said its valid till 31st july 2020 and i will definitely get the scheme.

                I even called ajay, he assured me the same.

                Now, i am not getting the scheme. Whose fault is this? When i booked the handset in february, i was supposed to get the same in march but it was delayed for 4 months from samsung.

                Handset arrived at croma around 15th june 2020, i was hardly given 15 days to avail the scheme and that too end date was not informed to me, infact your representatives there are not aware.

                After all this, i started facing the problem with the handset from very first day.

                - its camera quality was bad and was not at par as what was committed (100x zoom). Pixels were breaking even after the 10x zoom.

                - there was a problem with the media sound. There was no sound even when the volume was at 100 percent.

                - bluetooth was not getting connected to other phones

                - android beam was not working (Was trying to transfer the data to my other phone - samsung s7 edge)

                - fingerprint sensor was not working properly.

                - earphones cushions were not coming out, so i was unable to change it.

                I complained about all this to ajay and showed him the handset also, he checked it himself and confirmed the faults. He suggested me to submit the handset to customer service.

                I contacted customer service and told them the issue on chat, they asked me to do the software update which i did but it didn't help.

                So, engineer was appointed for my complaint and he took the handset on 17th july 2020. From last 4 days my handset is with samsung and i have not received any update.

                I am a loyal user of samsung products, be it mobile phones, tv, washing machine or microwave but i never faced such issues before.

                I request you to please look into the matter and help me in availing the scheme as there was no fault of mine and also i want the handset to be replaced as there are too many issues with this handset so i am not sure if i want the same one back.

                I wrote a mail to samsung but have not received any revert

                They don't care about customers. I hear many customers have similar issues. Samsung just prefers to ignore. All the money they make goes into Marketing. Zero on customer service.

                  Please note we were unable to watch new age digital platforms on our tv as our tv router was not working properly, as suggested by the local samsung technician, we ordered new tv router, by doing partial advance payment.
                  Yesterday 22.07.2020, the technician came and replaced our tv router, and the net got connected, but since it got disconnected atleast 3-4 times during the testing time of half hour, and also we realized samsung has discontinued use of platforms like youtube, prime video from our tv model, and were told will lose netflix soon, we requested the technician to take back the router as it is of no use to us, he refused same as per advice from his office, and also i had to argue to get the bill before payment.
                  Please follow back on the complaint number and ensure that the spare part i returned and my payment is returned.
                  I will also like to mention tha t the technician who attended the complaint, did a good job and behaved well.

                    Having asked for concrete solution and having followup since last 181 days but there is no proper response.in the starting, they repaired the new device and i had to visit the svc store 5 times and now again they are asking me for the same job to visit the svc store in the global pandemic situation as completely lockdown in my city i know there is a manufacturing defect in the phone already discussed in the 1st repairment time.

                    The phone is working very slow and format the phone is not solution every time.

                    Its signal strength is too low, earlier there was network, wifi signal issued, and again i faced the same problem. There is too much-secured data and can't transfer every time for the sake they asked me.

                    Please look into this matter to get it close.

                          I have purchased the Samsung M30 from second flash sale on Amazon on 11th April with order number[protected]. Everything was working fine till Jan-2020. I never used duplicate cable or adapter to charge the mobile & updating it regularly. I started to face charging issue in Mid Feb. The mobile phone was not charging when it was ON. When I used to switch off the mobile and start charging it would charge in 1 to 1.30 min fully. Hence I contacted and then visited the samsung care in Solapur City Maharashtra state India -413001 in March first week as my job location is different & the agent took the mobile phone in hand said there is charging slot issue without even doing some basic checks. He recommended me to change the slot as it is not working. I questioned him stating how come its charging when device is off, but there was same reply need to change the slot. So I returned and within 1 week the lock down was announced. After that I visited again around June 2nd or 3rd week when the lock down was lifted. I got the same information. Hence I returned back and contacted 2 times to Samsung care. The agents on call used to take the information and keep the call on hold and no reply after 15 min the call used to get disconnected. When I visited for first time the handset was in warranty period as still there is no hardware issue as the phone battery gets full in 1.30 min when it is switched off. When I visited the service center they said it will cost me 1500 bucks for getting the issue fixed which was not guaranteed by agent as he said if this not works then we need to buy new charger. After sending an email to complaint to CEO from Samsung website. A person called me and requested to visit the service center so the technical team can look into it. I said them when already 2 times the care center executive has said that there is an slot issue(Which is wrong) and requested me to pay 1300 bucks to get that resolved.                             My phone is broken and i given to samsung service in madurai, after two days i call the service center for my phone service status. They told me to collect the phone, but i visit the service center at another day the team told me your phone is not ready and come same day evening to collect your phone. I again visit same day evening they told your is not ready come tomorrow. They will not respond my request and does not told me a actual status of my phone

                              I have resubmitted the faulty s6 tablet to vigilant service center at malad west, mumbai 400064 (Attached) i have also submitted 2 videos to the engineer which clearly has the recording of the samsung s6 switching off on its own and issue with the power button. The service manager at the store has also seen the videos of the faulty s6.

                              This experience with samsung is very traumatic and making a person to go out several times during covid19 due to the faulty tablet.

                              Please issue a new samsung s6 tablet or refund my entire money.

                              Hi mr park,

                              Sub : new samsung tab s6 faulty

                              I have purchased a new samsung tab s6 for inr 59, 900 on 26th may 2020. Within a few days the screen started going off on its own and the power button needed to be pressed 3 to 4 times to come on.

                              I had informed the infinity mall manager, malad west, mr swapnil that this was the issue and he asked me to get the tab to the store. When i got it to samsung smart café (Ssk retail) the person updated the software and assured me that the display will not go and the power button will be fine.

                              The issue with display and power button continued and i informed again the store manager, mr swapnil. He wanted me to get it back to the store to format. This being a new tab i suggested to take it to the right person in service center so that the properly trained person can have it checked.

                              At the service center, malad west, mumbai, india it was for 2 days. The engineer mr sahjad, said he did a samsung self test and found is fine. Service request number [protected].

                              Again once i came home there was the same issue of display going off on its own and power button.

                              I have had and current have several samsung products phones, firdge, ac, tablet, micro but have never faced a challenge however this experience has been extremely bad when a new product is have so much issues and is not being replaced.

                              This is a very bad situation running from place to place to get a resolution during covid-19. This is not safe and healthy for any human being.

                              This buy has been very traumatic and terrible experience with samsung. My sincere request is to have the s6 tab replaced.

                                I am shaik babji from bangalore, i have purchased samsung galaxy s10lite smart phone in feb 5th 2020 from flipkart.

                                Today when is checked in samsung shop there is a option offers for you, when i clicked on it, it is asking me to check whether my device will eligible to offers or not,

                                When i clicked on check eligibility - it asked me to enter the imei number, when i enter the imei number a otp has been sent to the number which i never user on my mobile phone to activate.

                                When i call to samsung they told it is the phone number with which your phone is activated. I told them i am using only two mobile numbers from past 5 years, then they asked me to send a email to samsung.



                                @flipkart @samsung why it is showing wrong mobile number which i didn’t used to activate my mobile.

                                If it is showing correct mobile number then i got second hand mobile.

                                I want this to be fixed.

                                I want this phone to be replaced with a new one, because it is already activated with other contact number i never used.



                                This is really disgusting act, if we trust on online shopping and purchase a product which cost thousands of rupees and ur sellers cheating us by selling old used mobile phone.

                                  मैने दिनांक 15/05/2020 को सिरसा से सत्यम मोबाइल (सदर बाजार) सिरसा से samsung company का model a51 खरीदा, श्री मान जी मोबाइल में दुसरे दिन से ही bantry की दिकत दिखाई दी मैने सिरसा में परशुराम चौंक पर स्थित samsung care मे दिखाया उन्होने सोफ्टवेयर कर के फोन वापिस दे दिया लेकिन फोन कि दीकत दूर नहीं हुई में फिर केयर में गया तो कॉविड19 की वजह से केयर बंद मिला मैने जैसे - तेसे किसी दूसरे केयर का पता किया जो कि सिरसा में बरनाला रोड़ पर स्थित है, उनको सारी दिकत के बारे में अवगत करवाया उन्होंने कहा के bantry चेंज होगी और 3 दिन का टाइम मांगा, उन्होंने कॉविड 19 का हवाला देते हुए 3 की बजाए 10 दिन लगा दिये, जब मोबाइल को मैने चलाया तो देखा कि दिकत तो ठीक नहीं हुई उल्टा ठीक होने की बजाए नेटवर्क्स की दिकत और डाल दी है, फोन में नेटवर्क्स नहीं आ रहे थे, दोबारा केयर में लेकर गए तो हमारी प्रॉब्लम्स ना समजत्ते हुए उन्होंने आगे से बत्मिजी से बात करना शुरू कर दिया, और फोन को 5 दिन का ये कह कर रख लिया के नेटवर्क्स प्लेट डाली जाएगी, 5 दिन बाद फिर से केयर जा कर पता किया तो कहने लगे कि अब तो फोन की मोधेरबॉर्ड चेंज होगी ऑर्डर लगा दिया है और कुछ दिन का टाइम और मांग लिया पूरे 1 सप्ताह बाद मेरे को फोन दिया, चला कर देखा तो नेटवर्क और बंट्री की दिकत उही बनी हुई थी, और अगले दिन जब जा कर मैने कहा बार बार नए फोन को खोल रहे हो और केय्यर के चकर कटवा रहे हो आप से फोन ठीक तो हो नहीं रहा या तो रिफंड करो या सेट एक्जेंज करो, तो जो केयर के जो बड़े अधिकारी थे वो बत्मिजी से पेश आए, मैने दुखी हो कर केय्यर के खिलाफ कंप्लेंट दर्ज करने का कह दिया, 22/06/2020 फिर उन्होंने कहा कि फोन बिल और डॉक्यूमेंट जमा करवा दो आपकी अप्रूवल रिक्वेस्ट डाल देंगे, मैने फोन बिल और अपना आईडी परूफ बैंक एकाउंट नंबर बी केयर में जमा करवा दिया है, उन्होंने कहा आप को कंपनी की तरफ से कॉल आएगी, लगभग एक सप्ताह गुजरने के बाद फिर केयर में कॉल की तो उनके बड़े अधिकारी बोले के अभी अप्रूवल ओपन नहीं हुई है आपकी 2-3 दिन तक कॉल आ जाएगी 2-3 बाद बी कोई कोल नहीं आयी फिर केयर में जा कर पता किया तो बोले आ जाएगी, श्री मान जी कोल तो आ गई कुछ दिन बाद, लेकिन उन्होंने कुछ नहीं बताया कि आपका फोन आएगा या रिफंड होगा, उसके दो-तीन दिन बाद मैंने फिर केयर में कॉल की, उन्होंने कहा कि आपको फोन मिलेगा और उसका कूपन कोड आएगा कूपन कोड आने में 4 दिन का समय लगेगा मैंने 4 दिन तक वेट किया मैंने दोबारा फिर से कॉल की, और उन्होंने बोला अगले सप्ताह तक अपका कूपन कोड आ जाएगा और आगे से यह कहकर कॉल काट दी कि आप बार-बार फोन करके हमें तंग करते हो, मैने सैमसंग के कंप्लेंट हेल्पलाइन नंबर[protected] कई दफा[protected] और[protected] नंबर से गुरकीरत सिंह और सतनाम सिंह के नाम से कंप्लेंट दर्ज करवाई लेकिन श्रीमान जी कोई भी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, श्रीमान जी दिनांक 22/6/2020 से लेकर आज तक कुपन कोड नहीं मिला है, कृपा कर कार्रवाई कर मुझे कूपन कोड दिलवाया जाए ताकि रिप्लेस किया हुआ फोन लिया जा सके, और केयर के उच्च अधिकारियों पर उनके बुरे बर्ताव को लेकर कार्रवाई की जाए,

                                    Dear sir / madam,
                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: mobile phones & accessories
                                    The issue that i have experienced was: recently i purchased samsung m21 4gb blue color model from samsung estore. Order# [protected]. I got the phone delivered on 1st july.
                                    I observed a physical damage with the phone. The right side of the phone has two minor dents on it.
                                    I raised this with samsung on 1st july itself and on 2nd july i called up samsung estore team with the issue. I was asked to share pictures of damaged portion, inner box and outside box. I did the same on 2nd july. After that multiple discussions happened with samsung team and i was promised that i need not go service center to get my phone checked, rather the same would be either replaced/ refunded by estore team since there is physical damage. This was last promised to me by mr. Mohit on 10th july also. On 14th july when i called estore team again since no resolution was still in sight, i saw a hostile response and this time i was told by mr. Vaibhab that since the outside plastic wrapper is not available with me now so nothing can be done to my case. I was never told about this wrapper before and obviously didn't keep it with me since i had torn it apart on the very first day. Today only to deny any service to me, estore team is saying that due to absence of this i will not be getting any service. They also told me that they had sent emails to me, but those emails never came to me. I am sure no mail was sent and these are all lies to cover up samsung's misdeed and leave the customer in suffering. I have reached out to samsung ceo office also but they are equally lost in helping in this issue. The only intent is to keep customer waiting for long and then inform that service cannot be provided due to reasons samsung team themselves responsible for.
                                    It occurred on: 1/07/2020
                                    Samsung has to either replace my damaged mobile or refund the amount i paid to purchase it.
                                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                      Hello, this is pratik telgani i had purchased my handset on 9th of may 2019 and i faced the network issue related to my handset within the warranty period and i have already filed it through online requesting to replacement. Due to lockdown i was not able to go to the service centre. And after few weeks of opening of lockdown i went to the service centre to claim my warranty but they refused saying we have given 14days of time to calim and u didn't show up in dat period where as the extended time was not at all informed either through mail or message. Now the are refusing to claim my warranty

                                        Hello

                                        My sister had put in a load of clothes in the washing machine (wobble technology), my maid who was in the room was ironing clothes, first caught a burning smell. When she went on to check, smoke was coming out of the washing machine. In a few seconds it caught fire, my maid then ran to tell us what was happening, but as we reached the room, the washing machine was burning as flames were protruding from inside it. We immediately switched off the main house switch started and started diffusing the fire by pouring water on it, which took a few minutes to go out and no one was harmed.

                                        The damage was averted as swift action was taken by us, but our maid was lucky as she informed us immediately and did not attempt to put out the fire on her own. Our kitchen is very close to the washing and ironing room and if we had not come to know about the fire, God Forbid there could have been heavy consequences.

                                        I have numerous Samsung products at home including 4K television, microwave, high capacity oven, a couple of double door fridges etc. We never expected this kind of hazardous electronic malfunction from a Samsung washing machine. I request immediate action on your behalf. Photos attached for your reference.
