Material ordered on 26.09.2022 and confirmed for delivery of material on 01.10.2022. But after many complaints they called on 04.10.2022 that order has been cancelled. Refund of money is done on 12.10.2022. They have not give charges of bank which was deducted by bank for EMI processing. Also the should provide compensation. Kindly do the needful

Material ordered on 04.10.2022 and confirmed for delivery of material on 09.10.2022. But after many complaints they have not delivered the material the material till 14.10.2022.
