[Resolved]  Samsung — over heating problem samsung s20 req/ complaint for replacement with new device or refund

Sir i have purchased two mobiles i. E s20 & s20 ultra and facing overheating problems in both the devices. Sir after many software updates my s20ultra is working fine but my s20 is over heating. I have also visited service center and they said its minor software issue and updated my device with new software. Despite of my several requests and complaints regarding replacement of this device they say not possible. Sir trusting your brand i have purchased two mobiles i. E. 1. Samsung galaxy s20 & 2. Samsung galaxy s20ultra in the month of may end by spending approx rs.1, 75, 000/- and i am facing over heating problem in one device i. E samsung s20 sm-g980flbd bearing imei. No.[protected] bill invoice no. Sc7229 dated:[protected].

Service center job card/sheet/bill no [protected] ratna electronics samsung authorised service center at abids, hyderabad, telangana.
Samsung customer care and mail references no.[protected], [protected], [protected] and claim i'd number [protected].

I therefore request you to please replace my samsung galaxy s20 with new as i am facing the overheating problem form starting. Please find the attachment of bill, etc. Thanking you,

Notification message shows as I received response from Samsung customer care but when I try to open that msg in notification panel it does not open and redirect to complaint hone page

Message in notification is not opening and again its taking back to home page
