Fault: display and call hearing

Phone submitted to service center on 8th june, 2020 and have still not received job sheet. The service centre as confirmed no physical damage while submitting the phone and now technical team is sending an email of dent. Complete cheating is going on. Written to the service head and ceo but no positive response. Continuous email is going on from 1 month.

As per update 13th August, 2020 cannot be repaired as the service center centre as made a dent on the phone and his handing over the phone. Will Samsung service center give a call.

There are many request number. From Mira road customer service Ketan had called as said I 'll get the phone on 27th July, 2020 and today it's 6th August still not received. Within this period 3 times visited service center. Every time under process come tomorrow. On call it's repaired but service guys are not available. Today just informed will received on Saturday I.e 8th August.
Are we so free??

    I had made a service complaint to samsung that my split ac was not cooling in may 2018. Representatives of the firm appointed by samsung india had visited on 5th may 2018. They said that there was no gas in the ac. I told them to do servicing as per the requirement. They told it would cost 1900/- for gas plus gst apart from 500/- call charges plus gst.

    They did the needful and charged rs 2832/- and issued me a cash receipt no 810 dt 5.5.2018 under the signature of sanjay kumar on behalf o[censored]nited airconditioning services centre l/g shop no 9, umang palace (Hotel windsor), exibition road, patna 80001.

    Since i was posted out of station the ac remained unused for a couple of weeks. When i was back home, i found that the ac was having the same problem. I called a local ac mechanic who checked the ac and informed that there was little gas in the ac. That was unbelievable since the gas was filled recently by samsung authorised servicing agent as named above. I took his statement with a pinch of salt. Since i had to be back soon i did not call the samsung customer care about this. After a couple of weeks i was back to patna. This time i called the customer care tollfree no. Again two personnel of the same samsung appointed serving agency men turned up. They were informed about the issue. They used their tools and said that the gas was not in sufficient quantity.

    I was shocked at revelation about the shortage of gas which amply demonstrated how the agents of samsung india were providing pitiable services to the gullible general public which considers such socalled authorised service agents representing samsung india to be professionally competent. I decided not to pay for the same services by not agreeing to their proposal for gas filling. This time i had to pay rs 295/ to united airconditioning services centre l/g shop no 9, umang palace (Hotel windsor), exibition road, patna 80001 vide cash receipt no s 165 dated 19.08.2019. One of the persons who had visited had disclosed his name as iqbal and gave his mobile no as [protected].

    I complained the matter to samsung india customer care whereupon one person named prateek singh called me from mobile no [protected] on 13th december 2019 in the forenoon. Since i had been out of station and had been awfully busy and since it was winter time i told him i will contact him.

    When summer came i contacted him i and reminded him and conveyed my grievance. He asked me to send me the bills to him on the same number through whatssapp. On receiving the same he said he said he could do nothing as gas was filled in may 2018 and was found to have leaked in august 2019.

    I asked him does ac gas escape so quickly if filled by qualified personnel to which he said nothing. He said he was helpless. I decided to talk to the owner of the said samsung appointed authorised ac servicing agency namely united airconditioning services centre l/g shop no 9, umang palace (Hotel windsor), exibition road, patna 80001.

    I procured his mobile number and called to convey him what ordeal was faced by me. His name is mr shahid anwar and mobile no is [protected]. To my utter surprise he quipped “you are approaching me after two years about the deficiency in services. Samsung does not give warranty beyong 90 days.” such a statement was made in a matter-of-fact way in a very irresponsible manner as he was making a generalised statement on service code for samsung customers on behalf of samsung itself. I told him that i shall be taking all appropriate legal steps against such deficiency in services to which he sharply reacted “are you threatening me?”. This made me terminate his call and i have decided to take this issue in consultation with consumer activists.

    People perceive services provided by such socalled authorised service providers of electronic giants to be comparable to the quality of such brands. The hard fact is that the company appointed servicing agents appoint mostly novices and young chaps who work for a paltry sum and ensure services which would not invite complaints within a period of 90 days. Those customers who complaint, are told “90 days deadline is over. If interested get servicing done once again”.
    My conclusions are :
    (1) samsung does not exercise control over the quality of services provided on their behalf by their authorised agents who earn a bad name to samsung.
    (2) the samsung officers who are supposed to monitor the quality of service provided by the company appointed agents are hand in gloves with such agents which results in pathetic conditions of consumers who believe in the myth of the quality of services provided by the authorised agencies at a high premium in total disregard to the local technicians / servicing mechanics who shall always stand to give a personal guarantee about their services.
    (3) customers should always prefer private service engineers to samsung appointed agents who are untrained and professionally irresponsible. This would save them money, avoid paying gst and have peace of mind which i have lost for having been cheated by the aforesaid authorised service agency.

    I would request samsung india to look into the matter and take appropriate steps by blacklisting such service providers like united airconditioning services centre l/g shop no 9, umang palace (Hotel windsor), exibition road, patna 80001 who have been cheating samsung customers.

    This is quite ridiculous.

    I am being asked by Samsung India about the ID No given by Samsung itself. Why dont you ask your own company.

    Secondly it is to inform that any reply /comment vis a via my complaint [ which is so exhaustive ] may be shared here itself. Apart from sharing it here you may share the share with me through mail and mail only to [protected]@rediffmail.com.

    Please note I am not inclined to share my mobile no since I dont want my privacy to be infriged.

    What action Samsung India is taking on the grievance registered ? They should communicate the action deemed fit to be taken having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case. In stead of lingering they should address themselves to this case which is an exemplary one since the people in general dont have the time to take the defaulters to task, People have learnt to ignore and cope with such events as companies tend to justify the bad workmanship of their business correspondents/facilitators acting on their behalf.

        I had given n number of complaints to samsung by calling voice support, chat support and also writing emails to support, service head and ceo desk.. But i don't have any reply. My 9months old note10 plus mobile had so many complaints and still in the authorized service center sri ventures, indiranagar. No one is serious about my complaint and also warranty is going to expire in another 2 months. I have spent 81k rs on that mobile.

          Every time i'm facing the same issue after resolving the problem, so i can't pay the amount for the same issue. There is an issue with our samsung product. Please see the below call log of regarding customer representation:

          I am working in the department of defense, india and every time it is not possible to visit the service center of the above issue. I have visited 9-10 times to our service center in the last 1 year and still i'm facing the same charging issue. Samsung provides the best product in india and i haven't found this kind of problem in my life.

          Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will take immediate action.

            I have purchased samsung 43 inch tv in october 2019 on my credit card and they have told me that i will receive it in 90 days but still i have not received any cash back and when i have contacted dealer rk video gandhi nagar jammu from whome i have purchased the product he is continuesly telling me that they have raised the complaint but samsung is not replying to them and now dealer is not picking up my phone

              I am jitendra kumar. I purchased your samsung m 20s smartphone (Model no-sm-m307fzbdins, serial no-rz8m92cm3jd) and within 6 months your mobile gets power saver problem. I take this phone to your samsung care, din dayal complex, karman tola, ara - 802301on 20th of may 2020. Your care person gives me an old phone samsung j2 series for use and after some time that phone's screen got black automatically. Now they want 2800rs for repair now i want some answers from your side:-
              1) why i take the risk for the very older loaner's phone?
              2) why i paid 2800rs for an older phone's part? (You know very well that as per time all mobile phone's valuation has got decreased than why you take 2800rs for an old mobile's part?)
              3) your service in ara, bihar is very slow, they take one and a half month for repairing a part of phone if they provide fast service than this damaged didn't happen and anyway, who can take guarantee that when the old mobile goes bad? Can you?
              4) when you didn't take old phones guarantee than why i am?
              5) when i give you insured mobile than why you gave me old and without insured mobile?
              Please give the answer as soon as possible. I am in a lot of trouble, please help me.

                Extremely unsatisfied customer service from samsung

                Hello, Seems to be let u know worst i had with "Samsung service center" .

                I have a great trust in Samsung "Galaxy A50s" purchased on 2nd JAN 2020 i was very happy with the device and the kind of features it has. I was literally in love with the device.

                on 2nd july i ended up meeting with a minor accident my phone fell down from my pocket when i picked up the phone to check i came to know the beautiful display...

I first complained in March that the engineer who visited he checked the refrigerator, he said that you are in the refrigerator warinty, he checked the refrigerator with mobile flash light and he checked the refrigerator from mobile to photo.                 I have bought the freze on in 2018 and in May 2020 its stop working i have made the complaint and and guy showup exactly after one month saying gas is liking and fan is not working and he would be back in 10 days with gas and fan and didn't heard from him till 7th July 2020. when i call them again customer service guy informed me as compliant is closed from service center and he don't want to take new requests to repair and my product is not working from may 12 2020 not sure what to do next samsung please help my number is [protected].

                        Purchase a Samsung TV online through Samsung online shop dated 19th June, order ##[protected]. On 25th June, got mail notification from Samsung that I have cancelled my order, however I have not cancelled the order my end. When contact with Samsung Customer care got to know as Item ordered was not there in stock, they cancelled my order. Mailed them how they can canceled the order after 6 days from their end. They must have communicated me the reason prior the cancellation and should have taken my view incase un availability of model ideally they should have upgraded me to next available model similar to same amount or asked my view for next available model.
                        After discussing almost 30 minutes, they asked me to raise new order and assured me that on priority they will deliver this item in next 3 days on new order#[protected] dated 25 June.
                        Now even today as on 7th July, this item has not been delivered and on calling Samsung care, got update that expected date of delivery of this item is 14 July.

                          I have purchased online, Samsung 324Lts refridgerator with Rs.26990, on 31st May 2020. Merchant has cancelled the order intially. Again i received order confirmed mail and will be delivered by June19th. on june 18th i received mail saying return in transit. Till now i do receive different updates, causing mental disturbance. Am not getting product nor money is not getting refunded. They are not mentioning specific/ correct time. Worried about my money. In mid they played a blame game, in between bank & samsung. Cant tolerate anymore. Please help.

                            I have purchased a washing machine on 8th of feb which did not even worked for a day, after complaining on customer care a person visitedy place who was not having sense of talking to a female and it was extremely unsafe visit i assume. He did call me approx 35 times next day after visit. When again i got a call from customer service i asked them to send a representative with id card and they got offended and did not send anyone. I shifted to a new house a started using it little late after purchasing, the first person visited said there is a senson issue and drum is damaged but its repairable, my first question why should i be taking such faulty machine.. I trusted the brand thats a biggest mistake i made as i have been asking for a resolution by calling customer care visiting vijay sales but they are only bothered about sales and not service. After flighting for two months i got call from a service center and they finally agreed to replace machine but due to this pandemic situation of lockdown it did not happen. Now again they are asking to call customer care register complain again. This is sheer harassment i m facing. I expect a resolution on this also to add i have got bill of machine and i believe person came for demo has taken away warranty documents by mistake. I am writing here with a hope that it gets resolved this time. I have been spending for maid services for washing clothes since 3 months.

                              I have purchased a tv and fridge on 23 rd june. And on 1st july my order status is shipped, and the delivery date was 4th jully and on 4th july the status got changed to 5th for delivery and on 5th it changed to 6th and so on till 7th today there is not any expected delivery date.

                              They have dispatched through the delivery and on delivery, it is showing remark as delayed b2b request.

                              I have raised multiple complaints sent a mail to ceo but unfortunately not any response from there as well.

                              I am not sure when i will get this delivered. Please help me to get my order.

                                Hi i have raised online order via samsung shop. After order raised no commitment for delievery. I had updated so many times to customer card department but no update my order id is ; [protected]. Also not able to cancel the order.

                                I have done so many esclation but nor result.

                                  I ordered samsung smart tv ua55nu7090kxxl on may-28-2020 which is guarantied by savex technlogy and supposed to be delivered on jun-18. I faced many trouble you could imagine. First i received email with wrong name and second the tracking number provided in mail and website are different. I asked the team to investigate the issue there is no update till jun-30 so i tried reaching savex and got the tracking number by myself.

                                  After confirming with savex the correct tracking number i informed samsung team to update it and expedite the delivery. But there is no response at all. I called, wrote mails and raised complaint via write to ceo but there is no response.

                                  This is worst service ever i faced in online platform
