[Resolved] Samsung — Panel problem 2nd time | |||
Dear Concern, It is regarding the model "UA32EH4003RMX LED SAMSUNG". Complaint no.:-[protected]. I purchased this LED on 21-Dec-2012. Some black spots were observed on screen from the beginning and we lodged a complain with in the warranty period.Despite of our request to replace of the LED, Some sheets were changed by your service eng. on FOC Basis, but within 2-3 months of the same. Spots again emerged and same was reported to your dealer and customer service no. No action was taken from your side. Now LED screen has turned black completely. Now we are told by customer care that LED is out of warranty and every part change etc will be on chargeable basis. What is our fault if same problem is occurring again and again with in a short span of time. Your product didn't worked properly for even 1 year and now putting all the expenditure on customer is not justified. We here confirm that problem occurred is not due to any damage & handling etc. Even a single scratch is hard to find. Kindly look into the matter urgently. Hoping a positive response.
