Worst customer service ever.
After 2 months of pursuance which include at least 6-7 reminder mails on samsung ceo mailing I'd and calls with various customer service representative from samsung, today I have received a mail from Mr. Prashant saying that they can repair the phone without cost. But when I asked about the future assurance of not facing the same issue of getting the phone absolutely "DEAD", they could not give me any definite time period, SIMPLY SAID THAT IN FUTURE IF THE SAME PROBLEM COMES, " YOU CAN APPROACH SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN THEY WILL DECIDE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE".
1- In simple terms, they are going to work in their closed nests and NOT CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY.
2- When I asked them to escalate the issue to their next level customer support manager as I either want either to replace the phone because the "motherboard processor", EXYNOS 9611 WHICH CAN BE CALED AS THE HEART OF THE PHONE, IS NOT GIVING SATISFACTORY RESPONSE IN MOST OF THE HANDSETS OF " F" AND "M" SERIES WHICH IS ALSO PUBLISHED IN REPUTED MAGAZINES LIKE "INDIA TODAY" ( CLIPPING AVAILABLE) AND EVEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER WHO EXAMINED Y PHONE IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE SAID THAT MOST OF THE SAMSUNG MOBILES OF "M" And "F" Series ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM ( VOICE RECORDING AVAILABLE), THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF ESCALATION AND THEY CAN NOT ESCALATE MY CONCERN FURTHER.
NOW I WANT TO ASK SAMSUNG AUTHORITIES-
1- ARE EVEN YOUR MID-RANGE PHONES MEANT ONLY FOR 1 Year.
2- IF THE ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTION IS "NO", THEN WHY YOU ARE YOU BREAKING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
IN CASE IS VERY TRANSPARENT, BECAUSE HERE IN THE HEART OF HEART THE COMPANY KNOWS THAT THERE IS PROBLM WITH" EXYNOS 9611" PROCESSOR, BECAUSE OF WHICH EVEN THE COMPANY HAS REDUCED ITS COST FROM 8000/- TO 4000/- IN OPEN MARKET ALSO.
IN THE END, I AGAIN STICK TO MY WORDS_
1- COMPANY CAN OFFER A NEW HANDSET IN THE SAME MID-RANGE COST WITH A GOOD PROCESSOR.
2_ IF YOU WANT TO REPAIR THE SAME HANDSET, NO ISSUES,
BUT
"GIVE ME A WRITTEN NOTIFICATION THAT IN CASE AGAIN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THE PROCESSOR IN FUTURE AND I FACE THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN OF IT GOING " DEAD" THEN
"THE COMPANY WILL GET IT REPAIRED FREE OF COST ATLEAST FOR 3 -4 YEARS WHICH IS THE MINIMUM TO MINIMUM LIFE SPAM OF ATLEAST A MID- RANGE PHONE OF SUCH A BIG AND REPUTED COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG
LOOKING FOR A QUICK AND SENSIBLE RESPONSE FROM SAMSUNG SENIOR AUTHORITIES AFTER PURSUING FOR A TIME LINE OF ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW.
