I bought m31s from Amazon 14 months back, screen stopped working I approached Samsung Service Center at first floor, luxmi nagar, delhi, they diagnosed and gave me an estimate of 5800, I said ok. Same day evening they changed screen, charging board assembly etc.
Next day it didn’t let me charge mobile with C to c charger and cable. I took handset again to them, first the technician told me you will be charged for charging board, I said why it’s just 1 say you replaced it. Then he started giving me stupid things as if I am uneducated. He has kept the handset for 2 days as part is not available ???? And I will be charged again for same thing.
What the hell can’t you diagnose and repair on one go and why you will charge me again if in wty, also he said data might be erased, what charging board has to do with data?
