On Dec4, 2021, I purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (Wi-Fi) (Blue) from Samsung Shop paid INR 24, 699 for it via PayTM. After payment, my transaction was successful. However, the Samsung Shop didn't confirm my order, and stated that the payment is awaited. On escalating the issue with customer care, Samsung denied receiving payment against my order, while I have explicit proof that the payment was done against the order id and was successful. The PayTM customer care corraborates with this and states that the payment was done successfully to Samsung Native.
I again escalated the issue with Samsung to check against the transaction id, but they haven't given any reply on this subject whatsoever. So basically, Samsung Shop takes my money and doesn't deliver my product, and on top of it denies taking the money.
I am a student with limited resources, and was supposed to get reimbursed for my purchase from my institute. Now I am practically down 25000 INR and have nothing to show for it to my institute.
