Subject: Urgent Request to Resolve Refrigerator Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

My refrigerator was repaired on 07/10/2025, but the issue still remains unresolved. The service team informed me that a new compressor had to be purchased and that it would take a week for delivery. The compressor was delivered yesterday, and an engineer visited around 5 PM. He mentioned that the motherboard also needed to be replaced, costing around ₹10, 000, which we agreed to pay.

However, after a few minutes, he said the motherboard did not match my refrigerator model and assured me he would go to Guindy to purchase and install it the same day. Today, he informed me that the part was not available and has been ordered, and that the repair would be completed only the day after tomorrow.

Samsung is a reputed company, but this prolonged delay in resolving the issue is very disappointing. A refrigerator is an essential appliance, especially during this festive Diwali season. I am extremely dissatisfied with the delay and lack of proper response from the service team.

My humble request is to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest possible.
