Got samsung galaxy flip 4 on 30/9/22, stopped folding on 13/10/22, went to local service centre, the inefficient service centre manager said its a physical damage to the screen and when asked how did the damage happen (because there is not a single scratch/dent on the body or the screen, he failed to explain how, and got rude instead. Created a jobsheet with false descriptions, without my signature/thumb print that i agreed, sent that to samsung. Now samsung believes him, listening to him and stopped answering my calls. Have been putting this all in all types of social media but samsung still behaving deaf year to my 16 days old phone. I have recorded calls of customer support with names of employees and that of service centre manager. Was this information helpful? |
