Samsung — Poor & Defective Mother Board of M31

I bought Samsung M31 (6GB RAM and 128GB ROM) mobile in June-2020 from amazon.in for Rs 16, 999.00 after discount.
Yesterday, 22nd Sept'2021, the phone started to reboot automatically and started to hang all of a sudden.

After visiting authorized Samsung Service Center, the technician said that it has got motherboard issues and the same needs to be replaced immediately or else the phone will get dead any time. Upon asking the reason for this, the technician said that due to prolonged and excess use the motherboard got damaged.
The cost of motherboard is Rs 8500.00+ with only 90 days warranty.

My question is a phone having 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM having 6000 mah battery cannot even handle the load o[censored]sing Whatsapp and Facebook that too for few hours a day?

Is it justified to ask Rs 8500.00+ for motherboard that cannot even last for 2 years?

Instead I would rather buy a new phone of this amount with a year warranty.

I bought Samsung M31 on Oct 2021, speaker started to jar, last week. Now the service center says they are replacing the motherboard. 1 week no response. I am still waiting my phone. No response from service center. Pathetic mobile Please dont buy this ever. I have written to customer care, raised multiple complaints, still no response.

Advice: please dont buy Samsung M31
i had purchased samsung galaxy M31, in the end of 2020 year, by this month (september 2022) i had lost my phone to this same freaking Motherboard issue., the service person is pointing to the "maybe" various issues., that i had not indulged/usually never! my phone. finally i am again forced to buy a new phone now.,
wondering how to recover the lost data .!!!
