Samsung — poor service and poor quality | |||
I bought samsung galaxy s5 on 16th august 2014 in the hope that samsung is the best company in india hence will give the best.After using my phone for 7 days its ear piece componet get fused off.I deposited it to the service centre. They asked me to take the phone back after 7 days but they actually have it after 23 days to me. I filled many complaints after which they have it to me. Phone came with a little repairing defect. I asked them and they said i have to deposit it again. So i preferred to ignore that defect as i was not in a situation to again wait for such a long time. Now after 6 months that defect has become big one that it's sensor stopped working. I again deposited it to service centre. The date odd submission is 18 may 2015.again 7 days t ime was given to me. Today is 6th of June and i have not got my phone yet. Even they are not telling me the status. They don't know where my cell phone is. According to them they have lost it. This i came to know when i filed complain 6 times against the service centre. They again and again di sobering my request of status of my cell phone such a poor company... Now i really don't want i phone back as they must have changed few parts of my phones, which they always do. I simply want refined for my cell phone...
