Samsung Printer — Samsung ML-2851ND - Not a Reliable Printer at All

Very disappointed with this printer. I work for a company where they standardized printers of this model. Repeatedly these printers are having issues. Now 3 out of the 4 printers in the office went for repair (one after the other). It is seriously affecting our work. Myself and my team are going to the next floor (where the only printer is working) every time we give a print out. When I asked our tech guy, he says parts are not available in the service center and it will take at least one week to resolve. How a corporate company like Samsung is selling these printers without having spare parts in service centers? This is the case in a Tier 1 city, Hyderabad, not any remote village. Really upset with these Samsung printers.
