Samsung — Problem in Refrigerator_ck

Dear Sir / Madam, Refer to my e-mail dtd. 30/07/15. After my mail one of Samsung Engineer visit to my place and ensure me that the problem has been resolved. But from last few days again I’m facing same cooling problem in my fridge………. Hence I approached to the dealer for the same he immediately register the complain at Samsung customer care for the same on dtd. 24.08.15 but still there is no action on the same To be honest now I’m feeling that I have made a wrong decision to buy a Samsung Product…………………..
