Registered Complaint number :- [protected] MODEL :- galaxy s duos GT-7562. Date of purchasing :- 12/04/13 My mobile having frequent complaints, software and hardware. I had serviced my mobile 7 times in their authorised service centre from the date of purchasing. After first service, i used that mobile as per their advise only. Kindly note that there is no faults or mistakes from my side. On previous services they replaced mother board once. At that time they offered refund in case of if the same hardware seems problems in future. This time they replaced mother board, touch and led hardwares without my knowledge and premission. They serviced my mobile instead of refund. Regarding this i mailed and talked with company but they refusing for refunding. Please kindly note that i have to pay money for their services if that mobile having problems after warranty period gets over. I paid for that unquality product and facing problems for their services. So kindly please do the needful actions.

They refused to refund or exchange the mobile. They had serviced my mobile and asked to collect the mobile. these service has been done without my knowledge. I was not ready to collect that mobile. at last After submission of complaint mobile and its all accessories, They refund the same amount that i purchased.

Company registered complaint/reference number [protected]. My contact number [protected]. I had talked with samsung managers many times about my mobile quality and performance. Their service manager named mr.binoy, at palakkad district, kerala state always misbehaving with me. He is using bad words. Due to frequent complaints they had extended my warranty for two months. But after that also its having complaint and i serviced more than 7 times. They offered refund is any hardware shows complaint. This time three hardwares are replaced and serviced without my knowledge when i submit mobile for refund. And present they are refusing refund by saying at present mobile is working well and they extended warranty. My point is, even after they serviced my mobile for 7 times, what is the quality of that product and how can i trust their service and product? Kindly note that i have to pay money for their service while warranty period gets over. This is cheating. I paid for that worst quality product. I need refund. Kindly please do take needful actions. Thank you.

    I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro from an authorised Samsung Showroom (Radhika Communications, Pimpri, Pune). The display of my mobile is not fresh. It has a dull shade. I compared my mobile display with other Samsung Quattro mobile and one can easily identify the difference. My phone's displays while color as cream color or dull while color. I have posted the complaint 8-10 times and I have called the customer care amny times. But they is no folloup from there side. From day 1 I am trying to get the problem solved but Samsung Service is worst of all. They dont have experts in service center. Samsung is not providing me new mobile they are saying that it can be repaired. I have purchased Samsung so that I will get good quality product but if Samsung is producing such low quality mobiles, then it is better to buy Micromax, Karbon, Xolo mobiles which are available at very good price as compared to Samsung. My ticket no is: [protected] Dont ever buy any Samsung product. They are worst. Better to go for Micromax, Carbbon, Xolo.

      i have purchased Samsung note 3 mobile from vadodara dated 27/9/13 which i used for 5 months and in between i was using Vodafone carrier there was always a network problem on my mobile so i shifted to idea but the same problem was there so i gave my phone to Samsung care 31/1/14 for which they just updated the software and gave me back as the problem was not solved i again submitted my phone on 1/2/14 that time they said there is no problem but for your satisfaction we will change the motherboard and display then the motherboard was changed then there was a problem in the display so again i submitted the phone on 10/2/14 at that time i inquired and was told that only motherboard was changed and not the display and now that the display has problem its not the company s fault and it will be charged for the display so i argued why reason given was that you phone may be fallen or squeezed for which i argued that if the phone has fallen there should be a scratch or display should be broken and i m not a fool to sit on my mobile but they r not Agreeing and are saying that i will have to pay for the repair i already have paid 46990 for the phone and then after five months i get my phone motherboard repaired saying there is no problem then to we will change the motherboard and display and only motherboard has been changed and now for the display i will have to pay for it so i don't understand what should i do kindly please guide

        I purchased a Galaxy Note II mobile phone from Ganpati Mobiles in October. I was promised a cash back of 10%, amounting to Rs. 3150 within 40 days. It has been more 4 months and I am yet to recieve a penny. I have called the dealer, Ganapati Mobiles(Lucknow) a number of times and visited them 8 times of this period but they refuse to help me out. They tell me my complaint has been registered with Samsung and that's the end of it. They don't let me speak to the Samsung people and keep telling me everytime your request has been forwarded.

            Dear Concern, Myself Shreevardhan Kumar has been using a Samsung Mobile model no- GT-I9500 bought in the month of May, 2013.From couple of week I was facing some issues with my mobile wherein suddenly mobile was getting switched off and on Saturday night(8.02.14) it went off and display didn’t come back... I came to Samsung service center(DIVINE ELECTRO SOLUTION) on 10th feb14, they are saying that my mobile is damaged due to MOISTURE / WATER and giving me estimate of around 20.9k . But my mobile never drown into the water and the same thing I told to the engineers and they replied that your mobile may have not drown into to the water but the facts are saying that it has captured moisture. Now my concern is that if the mobile is capturing outside moisture due to manufacturing/ packing defect then where I’m at fault and also at this moment not possible for me to spend this unwanted, unnecessary amount. You can understand my mental condition; I’m unable to access anyone of my official/ personal mails which is configured on my mobile . I have spent 41k. Again it is not possible to spend that much amount. If this is the service then how customer will rely on Samsung product and their services.                 As I would like to inform you that today I get visit to service center of Samsung 02:37:37 PM
                as I have received a top official Mr.Jitender call{SAMSUNG INDIA} AT 2:00 PM where he asked me
                to go to service center regarding to my phone problems where I meet Mr. Atul service Manager of
                the Service Center where he told that their no any problem in your phone but I had already told
                him I as Customer facing a problem and I never said a lie that I am facing a problem, but its
                truth Iam facing a problem.

                I also get access my mail id of company as well as personal mail id where Mr. Atul said that
                you are having a problem in your mail.

                As I request you to ask the company that my both the mail id is running in good condition and
                also I have tried the same both of the mail id { OFFICIAL & PERSONAL} in my blackberry, where
                it is running very smoothly. Why the problem getting faced in the Samsung phone because it a
                manufacturing defect.

                Second, As I like to inform you that Mr. Atul also get access my Play Store in my phone which
                is a owned Copywrite company software where the same problem also get faced the software didn't
                get opened, where the reply came from Mr. Atul that you are having a problem in your SIM your
                Sim is having a 2G Service.

                Again I request you to ask the company that which phone is available in market whose 2G Net
                surfing will not getting worked.

                Why only the problem is getting faced in my phone and in the samsung phone also.

                As I would like to add-on that in every condition Mr. Atul is blaming to me by giving several
                excuse that You are having problem in your Mail & in your Both of the SIM {IDEA & RELIANCE}.

                So, hereby I request you to kindly ask the company that don't get
                me mentally harrased as I have already get mentally harrased by the company behaviour and ask
                them to get return my entire money back.

                As I would like to infrom you that I Paritosh Jaiswal customer of Samsung India
                Mobile facing a different problems in my phone where I had already informed to the service
                centre of samsung as the entire details are available in this mail which I had already
                discussed with the Samsung team but today several days had been passed but I didn't get short
                out my problem as the company is getting me mentally harrased and giving me a mental torcher to
                me.

                As I would like to inform you that from 25th Jan, 2014 to till 11th Feb 2014, continously
                getting a mailed to company but company is taking my matter very lightly. Instead of getting me
                a support.
                As I would like to inform you that I have already mailed the entire details to TRI, TRAI&
                Consumer Forum also, but still the company is not getting me any support.

                Where I had already asked the company to get return my money back because their is a
                manufacturing defect in my phone and also I had visited several times to service centre, where
                the Service Manager naming as Mr. Atul getting agrument with me instead coperating me. where he
                & his company Manager name as Jitender totally getting me a blame that its only your fault, you
                are not having any problem in your phone but I am highlighting the Problem's with You those
                are:--


                1. Phone Hanging Problem
                2. Email surfing Problem
                3. Software Problem
                4. Phone getting switch off automatically
                5. Internet Problem{PLAY STORE-SURFING PROBLEMS}

                As I would like to inform you that I totally fed up with the Service & Quality of Samsung
                Company.

                Here the company is Looking his own Profit nor Looking Up my Problem. I am totally got fedup
                with them.

                So, request you take an strict action against company. And I am going to launch case against
                company. Here company is getting by pass the value of RTI/TRAI& Consumer Forum. He is giving
                his own value he is not giving the value & Service to their customer.

                Horrible experience with Samsung product and the dealer


                I have purchased one spilt AC (Samsung Model No: AR18FC2EAPW against Invoice No 5551/DP/RI/13-14 dated 5/1/2014) and financing from M/s Bajaj Finance ltd, Jamshedpur Loan A/c No 5150CD01468703

                The Serial no of AC has not been provided in the invoice by the dealer. (Copy attached)

                During installation we have paid for extra amount for additional pipe, wire, drain pipe and bracket and for that I have not received tax paid bills till date.

                As there was no provision of electrical supply point in the date of installation, the person engaged agreed to provide demo just after electrical installation.

                When we call after electrical installation they took ten days time to response.

                During Demo the New AC not started after that we contact the sales man of dealer Mr. Gaurav ([protected]) but found very irresponsible.
                The service engineer came four times and opened AC and informed us that it has to repair.
                We have communicated to the dealer through mail dated 11th Feb but we have not received any response from the dealer till date,
                We have not allowed repairing and request to replace with new AC.
                After four days we received call from the service engineer that the model is not available in the warehouse hence the money paid by me is under process for refund.
                I will never purchase any Sumsung product

                  i purchased refrigerator of samsung in April 2012 and in August 2013 compressor fail compny replace it but get 1200 for gas refiling but after 4 month same problem occur and now they demand 2500 rs of GAS refiling charge. i call so many times to samsung consumer but they are fail to solve my complaint. So please help me out. we realy suffer from six days. and they talk in really badly.

                    I have purchased a samsung laptop from croma malad west on2013-07

                    Within 3 months of purchase the keys of my laptop started comming out
                    Regarding this issue i had complaint it to the company and the technician visited my premises for that
                    As soon as i showed him my laptop he just told me that it is a phicially damaged so you have to pay around rs 4000=00 rs to replace it when i told him that it is in the warranty period he told me that it is not under the waranty
                    And then he had a form which he filled may be they may be submitting to the company about their visits and in that paper he mentioned that the customer is not willing to pay the money
                    In that paper many things were mentioned about the service which he tick mark all the items which means he had serviced all the things mentioned in the paper
                    When i asked why are u putting all the items in the form right mark when you actually had not done any thing in my laptop or even had a proper look to it
                    He told me that he has to mention all this things to submit the report
                    And then took my signature in the form and went away
                    On 07/02/2014 i had sent a mail to the company regarding the issue and today i recived a call from the company
                    I discussed the entire issue with her then she told me that she will call me back after contacting the technician
                    After some time she called me and told me that she had contacted the technician and after discussing with the techinician she told me that you will have to pay for the replacement of the keys
                    Or otherwise she would send another technician if you are not satisfied
                    So i told her to send some senior technician who can solve my issue
                    And would really check and then come to conclusion wether it is phicially damaged or companys fault
                    Lets hope the company really cares for the customers
                    And sort out this issue
                    Its not the matter of money its the matter of justice done to the customers
                    The technician who reports false to the company is only the company belives it or they are intrested in their valuable customers who belives in companys products and purchase it with full faith in the branded products

                    the technician from samsung had visited my premises today it was an another technician this time i showed him the laptop and showed him the keys which has come out
                    he just saw it and said that it is an phically damaged so i have to pay for it
                    he hardly had seen any thing in the laptop and just made the conclusion that it is phically damaged
                    as if the technican are really trained like this to visit the customers and never look for the real issue and tell the customer that you have to pay for the parts as it is phically damaged
                    if it is like that why does the company gives any warranty for the products when they cant follow their own rule

                      I have bought one top loading washing machine on 25th Dec'2012. On 20th Jan'2014 my machine got malfunctioned and water did not drained out. I have complained (complain no [protected])the same to the call center and after 2 3 days one engineer came and drained out the water and took Rs.350/- as service charge, but did not provided any receipt. The issue was not closed permanently as i have got the same problem in the next day itself. then again i have complained at the call center and they asured the issue will be resolved and engineer will come. but till 3 days I have to wait for the engineer to come and finaly the service center peaople decided to take the machine to their service center for reparing and on 28th of Jan'14 they took my washing machine . I was waiting for a call from the service center about the status but they did not call me till 5th Feb'14 and on 5th feb'14 I calledup the service center and they confirmed that the machine has been repared and will be delivered by the evening but it was not. Again I call thew call center on 6th Feb'14 and they confirmed the same will be delivered within the evening of 6th but that also not happended, everyday I call the call center they promissed to deliver the machine but it was never happened. Today is 8thFeb'14 and I called the call center again and they told that their supervisor will call me within half an hour but no body call me back till 3 hours and I again call back the call center and they again told me that the supervisor will call me after 5 minutes.                         Sub: Complaint against Samsung 7562 Galaxy S Duos IMEI NO [protected] It is respectfully submitted that I, Rabinder Setia aged about 70 years Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen received gift from above said Mobile from Sh. Arun Kumar who Purchased it amounting Rs.9400/- from JAIDEEP ENTERPRISES Opp. MSD School, Hanuman Chowk, Bathinda on dated[protected] After a few month this mobile not worked properly. When I contacted dealer, He sent it to Samsung Service Centre. Samsung Service Centre told me that for repair of this mobile Rs.7000/- will be charged. I told them that this mobile is within guarantee period and I also showed them copy of bill and warranty card. This is absolute mockery and pure Injustice against me because the mobile is still under warranty period and having a guarantee period. I request you to arrange either replace the Mobile with new one or refund my money otherwise I have to approach the Court for justice.                           I purchased a SAMSUNG LED 32" (Model UA32D4003, SL NO. 203232NC200054) in JUNE, 2012 and after end of warranty period (12months) it started giving trouble. In November, 2013 first we experienced display problem and we lodged complain bearing No. [protected] and problem solved temporarily. After that in last week of January, 2014 again we faced the problem of display Again I lodged a complain vide no. [protected] and Service visited my TV on 03/02/2014 and advised that 1 Circuit of TV damaged and it will costs 4000/= (approx) for replacement.

                          I want to ask the managerment of SAMSUNG an Internationally reputed Consumer Product Company, whethere the lifespan of their Electronic product like TV etc. is only 1 year ( Waranty period) and I hope the company is trying to cheat the innocent purchaser, like me. Is it justified that the consumer is to buy a LED TV for more than 28000/= for 1 year only and why they should not maintain quality control of their Electronic product.

                          I request to goodself of SAMSUNG management to repair my LED TV at their own cost within 1 week as they sold the defect TV to me which started giving trouble after expiry of warranty period . Otherwise, I shall have no option to move to Consumer Forum and Customer Grievance Cell, Govt. of West Bengal, if the problem not soved immediately.

                          SAMSUNG complaint no [protected] & [protected]

                          Sir, I purchased Samsung LED TV for my parents on 25/6/12/ in lucknow from jumbo electronics, hazratganj showroom.After 11 months of performance a black shade of size 8/9 inches on top left corner has appeared making viewing practically impossible.

                          This is a manufacturing defect as told by service engineer.My parents are senior citizen age 75 yrs with cataract in one eye and live alone in lucknow, .When I visited them in Dec 2013 I made complaint.( no given above) to samsung.

                          Also this is not a use & throw product where by the end of warranty i.e 12 months the TV got black spot/ shades in just 11 months. After paying 62, 900 for this TV how can I digest a manufacturing defect at my expense...

                          I feel harassed & cheated for this purchase as this is the costliest product I have purchased from samsung which has gone bad so early.

                          This is a niche segment TV from samsung and I am HNI customer for samsung...which they should consider and treat accordingly.

                          I am following samsung from last 3 months but no satisfied result.
                          .I expect samsung to take necessary steps to rectify my product or change the TV as it is only 18 months of purchase.

                            I bought a Samsung Galaxy Core i8262 mobile (Serial no – RZ1D857HNAN / [protected]) on 8th September, 2013 from ReNew, Baguiati, Kolkata for Rs 12, 700. Right from the beginning, there was a problem with the set as it was being switched off / restarted automatically. When it switched off automatically there was no sound or anything. I only knew about it when I tried to use it for some reason. This was happening once or twice in a day. I watched for some days charged the mobile enough and then went to the shop and they advised to go to Samsung service centre. I lodged the first complaint in Samsung Service Centre System & Service in Saltlake, Kolkata on 25th September with complaint registration no [protected]. They returned the set after 3 days saying it has been repaired by software update. The mobile did not report any problem for the first month after servicing. But the same problem re-occurred from November end. As I was busy and out of station for work and personal reason I used another mobile in the meantime and lodged another complaint on 24th January, 2014 with the same problem in the same service centre mentioned above. They returned the mobile on 27th January saying that it has been repaired by a software update and the power button has been changed. But the problem re-appeared from the next day only. This time the mobile is getting switched off almost 3-4 times a day and seems like the problem has been aggravated. I am really fed up with this set and Samsung service. I cannot use this mobile as I know I will miss my important calls if I use this as I don’t know when it gets switched off. I immediately want a replacement of this mobile. Otherwise I have no options to formally a lodge a complaint in the consumer court.

                              well, this issue had been already escalated to samsung customer care and executive team and nothing happened finally. due to their poor customer care and crap product quality, i am writing it once again here.

                              Model: UA40D5500RR.

                              Bought Samsung LED TV 2 yrs back and exactly after a year (after warranty got void), the problem started. Earlier, it used to visible for some 10 or 15 mins...now its permanent. Contacted samsung service, they told the panel fully molded, their service engineers cannot open it and repair, it needs to be replaced fully. The replacement cost would come around INR 26K. I did search in youtube and found several videos to tighten the T-connector ribbon cable which connects to the top corners of the panel to make the display better. But in this panel, T-connector ribbon cable is there, but have only one connection in the middle. all the top and bottom of the panel is fully molded.

                              i found a kind of workaround for this problem...when i try to tilt the screen to down a bit, the dark area went away and screen looks normal...when i restore it to its old position, dark patch came..so i placed the tv a bit slanting position...now whenever i switch on the tv, the patch would be there, i need to touch or move the corner of the tv slightly to remove the dark area...

                              am sure its due to some internal loose cable connection. i wonder why samsung engineers told to replace the entire panel for such a simple problem.

                              with this workaround, display was good for some more weeks.

                              now, even with this workaround, its no more helpful. Problem is permanent.

                              again went back to samsung by sending a detailed information to its executive team.

                              and this is what happened.

                              1. Got a call from the executive team to discuss on the issue.
                              2. I explained the problem.
                              3. They diverted it to the service center and the service person who looked into this issue earlier called me and he told that as its already verified, we cannot do anything for it.
                              4. He closed the call and diverted back to executive team.
                              5. The executive team/customer experience team talked about the replacement cost and all. I mentioned clearly that i cannot pay the full panel amount as its mere two years of TV with proper maintenance.
                              6. After that, he diverted the call to the service center for further assistance.
                              7. Got a call from service center stating that i had agreed to pay the money to replace the panel.
                              what the heck...i didnt even mentioned any single word about accepting the replacement cost. I asked them clearly to do the replacement with better discount or replace the tv with better model with nominal cost. They told executive team will call you back.
                              8. Got a call from executive team and they finally told the last and best offer that samsung can provide is "Instead of three months warranty for the new panel, we pleased to provide you twelve months warranty."

                              oh, wow...what a cool offer...no other service providers can think of such an amazing offer...
                              its a total crap..they are not in a position to hear what is the customer's mindset and whats the expectation...they have a written script on top of their table and they simply read it. finally i got a nice email and chapter closed. mail pasted below:

                              Dear Mr. RAJESH KUMAR .

                              Greetings from Samsung.

                              With reference to our conversation over the phone regarding your Samsung LED TV, UA40D5500RR, as checked by our service center the Panel of the TV need to be replaced.

                              As the product is out of warranty the service will be on chargeable basis as per the estimate shared by our service centre .As a good will gesture we offered you 12 months warranty extn on the Panel of the LED TV. I request you to please take services from our service centre .

                              Please consider this as a final offer valid for next 7 days.

                              Please contact our service center in case of any assistance or technical help.

                              Please feel free to revert if any further query

                              with this, i dono what am gona do with this TV...am sure i cannot afford for such a huge money within this 2 yrs of time frame.

                              Bought this as a dream FHD TV for 50K and as a reputed brand name, i trusted Samsung for its better quality and customer care. now, i am just throwing the TV out into the box again and replacing it with my 7 years old flat tv which still runs perfect and got worst ever experience with a so called "reputed" "branded" "billion dollar" company.

                              I too have the same problem in my TV aND as you mention the problem Started coming after 1.5 years of purchase. Even i Am not sure what to do with This TV. Looks like samsung is promoting defecTive products in IndiA. I had bought this tv in 62k. these chinease and Korean companies are same Their product Looks good but ThE Quality is bad. They uSe Cheap paRts insiDe thE tV and consuMer HaS to bear with prOblEm anD Cost. Their service charges are also very High. THey charge rs 1500 for The visit of engineer.

                              I would advise aLl people of India To avoid buyinG these cheap proDucTS frOm samsUnG. they are cheaters and cheating all o[censored]s. I think we sHould All get together and file a case against Samsung.

                              True. Their products features are good, but the quality is bad...samsung promoting their products with bunch of attractive features, but no good quality hardware inside. They should realize it and at least help existing customers by providing better "value for money" services. It should not be a daytime robbery.

                              People, please don't get attract with the product features and the initial product cost. The ghost inside it will make you hurt mentally once the warranty get expired.

                              Now, its been couple of months with my old flat tv, and i should say it here that samsung took my home entertainment addictiveness out totally. No more cricket in HD, no more bluray movies, no more 5.1 music experience...simply happy with the SD quality channels in my old tv. THANK YOU SAMSUNG.

                              Hi All,

                              I am also facing the same issue with vertical lines on my 14 months old SAMSUNG HD TV. If they ask me to change the Panel or cost of repair may above Rs 3000, I will not accept and move to consumer court.
                              getting service from these big Brands has became so difficult now aa days
                              they dont even care about the customer AFTER purchase
                              so suggest people not to buy those TV insted give a chance to tha small players who are actually giving good Products and servicec like Ridaex i have personally used Ridaex TV they have very supportive customer care and i loved it one of the best i have ever seen

                              I had purchased Samsung Led TV model 40J5100 on 13/4/2016.
                              1. Samsung claims that panel lasts for 100000 hrs
                              2. In my case panel failed after working for around 8 months initially i.e. working for hardly 1500 hrs since working of TV at home is hardly 5-6 hrs per day.
                              3. Then panel was replaced by Samsung under warranty with assurance that the replaced panel shall last for its full life, although I demanded replacement of TV itself.
                              4. Now the panel has failed again after working for around 9180 hrs.
                              5. Such a low life is not all expected from the brand like Samsung.
                              6. I purchased this TV for Rs. 43000.00 and cannot afford to spend Rs. 17000.00 on replacement of panel as suggested by your technician, since there is no guarantee, how much the replaced panel will last, moreover Samsung just wash their hand by stating that product is outside warranty period as it has been informed to me.
                              7. We buy the branded products from Samsung that it shall provide us reliable products which will last to its full life, however, same has not happened in my case.
                              8. Instead we can buy other lower brand products at much cheaper rates, almost at on third of the rates of Samsung and go on replacing them every 3-4 years.

                              In view of above, I again request you to reconsider my case and replace the panel of my TV on free of cost basis immediately.

                                  Mobile handset of Samsung Galaxy Grand GT I9082- IMEI No. [protected] purchased from M/s. SSK Retails Pvt. Ltd. Lower Parel, Mumbai -400013 vide invice no. S13/10652 Dated 06/11/2013. The device memory of handset is 8GB but in the storage showing reading as System memory 3.96GB, Cached Data 0.05GB, Available space 3.38 GB & Used space 57.61 GB instead of 0.61 GB means there is a getting Virus during surfing. I have approached twice for the above reason at service centre of samsung located at Borivli (E) Mumbai-66 & they had twice formatted my subject handset for cleaning of storage of data.on 11.012.13 & 25.11.13 but in vain because same problem again arise as on today. In view of the above, I have to conclusion that your technicians are not trained or handset is faulty. Please communicate with me on mob. no. [protected] & [protected] to rectify the same otherwise i will approach to consumer court.

                                    My mobile phone is samsung galaxy s3 GT-I9300 i send it to Alexandria Store to fix it from[protected] with no replay till now I called union group call center a lot and complained two times my mobile faults is restarting a lot and need to change the key lock. Every time the customer service telling me that the spare part not available now and they waiting for receiving it from outside Egypt it is a very bad attitude from customer service and i am afraid that you are losing points for samsung here in Egypt because of the worst after sales services . i am in a trouble beacuse my work is depend on my mobile phone which is damaged i think it will be the last time for me to buy or use samsung ever & you will losing many customers like me my name is bassant amer mob: [protected] [protected] email :[protected]@hotmail.com

                                      I have purchased samsung printer 15 days back (with cost of 12500/- )but it is not working since time of instalation. I have called to ther customer care about 20 times in thess fifteen Days but not giving service the are just assuring.
                                      I am going to sue the company in consumer forum.

                                        Hi sir/madam,

                                        Two days back i went to purchase Samsung mobile with emi options using credit card to T.nagar Samsung showroom the person who explained about the mobile price which we asked started talking harshly when we asked about some doubt in price increase which is more different than other dealers. He itself having doubt in swiping card and asking doubt to some other person in phone and cutting the call harshly with big sound.

                                        So we came out and bought the mobile from other dealer. This is what he is giving respect to the customer who and all came to shop.

                                        Please dont buy any mobile from that show room or else you will lose your respect. Since he is manager or senior most person in that shop he behaved like that. Is possible please take necessary action on that person. I dont have any proof but he is manager i think.
