[Resolved] Samsung — problem not resolved since 31/12/12 | |||
i hv bought refrigirator on 21/12/12 which was faulty with internal leakage. several complaint registered with diff dates since 31/12/12 till date and i want this replaced since june2013 but why i am not getting it done from ur side????no customer support was available from ur side.. i called several times to custome care but ALWAYS one' reply you ll receive call back with in 24 hours' but never i have received any call nor a solution. complaint no.are [protected]/31/12/12, [protected]/14/5/13, [protected]/17/5/13, , [protected]/9/6/13, [protected]/6/7/13, [protected]/23/10/13, [protected]/6/11/13, [protected]/29/11/13, [protected]/13/1/14,[protected]/5/5/14, [protected]/31/5/14, [protected]/11/6/14, [protected]/16/11/14, [protected]/28/11/14, [protected]/7/12/14 and few more after that. now the question why i am not getting it resolved, AFTER GETTING YOUR CO. PRODUCT I AM DEEPLY ANNOYED. SAMSUNG CO. IS VERY RENOWNED AND THIS TYPE OF NEGLIGENCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT ACCEPTED. I HAVE ALREADY WORTE TO YOU REGARDING THIS BUT NO SOLUTION...
