Dear support Team,
I placed an order on samsung shop online (ID : [protected]) on 13th April and delivery date was 16th April but so far product has not been delivered yet neither got any solution. Whenever I'm calling customer service they are asking me to wait for 24Hours but even after that no solution and asking to wait again.
The hell with this kind of service, if the product was not in stock then why the order was accepted and if was some website issue then why do i have to suffer? I want the delivery of the product ASAP either the same one or alternate product with 4~5 star split ac.
Why the hell no one is responding and giving solution. It's really messed up and worst customer service I've ever faced. Was this information helpful? |
