Samsung — Product issue

I was purchased new mobile from Samsung's authorized dealer on 1-Oct-24 . Since purchase, I am facing Mobile extreme heat & poor battery back up. I was visited Samsung authorized service center multiple times. 1st visit- They format my phone, 2nd Visit- They replaced mother card. but still problem not resolved. I was wrote mail to Samsung MD & got call from Samsung office too. I was requested Samsung MD office person to replace this defective product & provide RCA for such failure. But Samsung MD office person is not interested to give proper answer to me & avoiding my concern. Just take me for Granted.

Hence, I am writing this complaint to Consumer Forum to take necessary actions on Samsung India so that defective product replace Or compensate & provide RCA for failure of Product to keep future customers safe & secure.
