[Resolved] Samsung — product (microwave) damage or old piece | |||
I had bought a microwave (Samsung) model no:mc32f604tct/tl on 30th april, 2018 of amount costing rs.18000/- of samsung From an authorised dealar of samsung The microwave after unboxing was found to be defective as a product damage or old product so i had sue a complaint in samsung service center Regarding the matter of returning the product. My complaint number was [protected]. But samsung service provider as well as the dealer From whom we bought the microwave pressurising us to make repair the particular damaged part of the microwave and are not willing To provide us with a fresh piece or not returning it back. So, my question is that as we had paid the full amount of the product so it's our right to get the proper piece of that particular product. But in this case since 21 days we are struggling to return the product. Moreover, when we bought it on the very first day after unboxing it we got many errors such as the product was too old, accesories Like grill was rusty, manual book was too old, etc. Even the box of the microwave does"nt match with the model of the microwave we bought. Moreover, we bought the product has by itself intentionally cheated us by scratching some of the essential information provided on The box such as the manufacturing date and year, price, name of comodity and year of import. The pictures of all such stuff has already been provided by us to samsung service provider as They came to our home for examining the product. We had sent many e-mails to support. [protected]@samsung.com & payal. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com & mahesh.[protected]@partner. Samsung.com Regarding this problem but they never responded to us with a suitable solution. Moreover, in reply they are telling us that they had tried to call us but we didn"t recieved their call. First of all [protected] is my registered number and i am recieving all public calls on it. So the question arises that if i am able to take all the calls so why their enterprise is facing difficulty in contacting me, that means they are only fooling us by saying such things!!! All the essential information has been provided by us please take any action regarding this matter. At last it's my humble request to you and your company to help us in getting refund our money back.
