Dear Samsun Team,
I ordered Galaxy Watch 4 Pink Gold on 29 September 2021 through Samsung Shop App. As per the email received and Samsung Shop App, the delivery date is 21 October 2021. However, I have not received my ordered product yet. I have complained numerous times but have not received any update from Samsung. I have complained and followed up on a daily basis but nobody is bothered to address my complaint.
Samsung executives are saying that there is unprecedented demand and that's why product delivery is delayed. However, if there is high demand then Samsung should not take orders and commit delivery date. This is a pure lack of customer service and a breach of customer trust. Samsung is utilizing consumers' money without delivering the product.
I request for delivery of my product as soon as possible.
