Hello Team,

Order Number [protected].
It was expected to delivered on 27th August as per Samsung shop confirmation, But package is not traceable and not reached to destination.
Last status shown on 24th August at 1:25AM.
I called many times to Samsung customer care but yet to get updates on product and it's delivery.
Not sure how to proceed on this.

Kindly help me out ASAP.

Updated by pankaj bokade As per provided tracking I'd product is not traceable and It getting delay for delivery.
It's very bad experience as the product is prepaid but the service is not up to th mark.
