After waiting so many days and passing many days after delivery date is over, my order status is same as on first day. The product is not shipped or even packaged yet.
Purchasing first time from Samsung this has been the worst purchase experience there. I contacted support team via whatsapp, phone call, live chat, mail, but no one could any definite answer about order status and simply said that they are working on it. Feels THe support team is very slow at responding same thing and when they do no solution is there.
I even suggested that even if they have stock issues with the colored model I order, they can send other colors as well which are showing in stock as well. To which they said they cant do that.
Then why even show show wrong information to me when placing my order.
I am having problems with current device, and wanted the phone to arrive sooner. Looking at no solution or response from their team. Very bad experience, got no solution, no responsiblity, no compensation yet. Was this information helpful? |
