I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 4 yrs ago which suddenly stopped working. I raised a case with service centre where a mechanic comes and says " copper pipes for gasing gets rotten up & eaten by insects. You will not receive more than 1200 rupees against Rs.12900/- I paid 4 yrs ago. I mean really??? Are these grains or consumables for them to be eaten by insects.
He sent some video to central number who after multiple follow ups came back to same service centre. They said we will refill gas and give you 90 day guarantee of the gas. But what about the pipes which will hold it? - No answer. Isn't it ridiculous and harmful for such gas leakages in a household?
When I raised it to their social media, I got a call first offering nothing then 1200rs and then 11 days ago ₹5641/-. Till date I am either sending emails ( with no response) or ridiculous responses.
how harmful products are and how poor is the quality of the product and pathetic service.
It seems like following up with Samsung for a mistake of buying a product is a life sentence.
