[Resolved] Samsung — Product Return | |
An online order from Samsung shop was placed on 22/10/20 (Order id [protected]) and the delivery date was 26/10. When I did not receive any delivery I tried to track the same and found it is running late by a day and will be delivered by 27th. Next when I checked again on the next day a return was initiated as per customer instructions. I contacted Samsung customer care as there had been no delivery attempt or any communication from the delivery partner. Dissatisfied with the customer care response I lodged an online complaint (Ticket id 1785571) and I was assured a team would contact within 24-48 hrs but I have not received any response since last 3-4 days. On a festival time I have got my money stuck and an unsatisfactory service from the company. All I can do now is to either sit back or run behind the company to get my money back.
