Samsung — Rat bite in samsung front load washing machine

Through flipcart Purchased samsung front load washing machine on 31/03/2021 and the model number is WW60R20GLMA/TL . Since from the installation facing problem of 4C, so choosen option replacement but as per the advice of installation guy replaced old machine inlet pipe with the new one, so canceled the replacement. On 24 oct 2021 again 4c error occured. By samsung youtube video's cleaned inlet mesh and detergent drawer but the problem not solved. Hence raised a complaint on 25 oct 2021 and technician arrived on 26th and told us, rat bite happened to your washing machine so board should be changed and it wil cost arround 5500/-. If it is so why there is no service of board under warranty. Service guys always prefer to sell there product. Within 7 months why i need to spend extra 5500 rs. Warranty means what kind of service samsung people are giving.. Is replacement of borad is mandatory or it could be repaired. Purchased waahing machine for my parents thinking that samsung is a very good company and i will get good service too.. But samsung company disappointed my hopes..
