I regret to inform that the service which I am receiving since a week from your company is really pathetic. I have been calling daily 3-4 times, but no agen/supervisor is capable of providing a simple solution to my concern. The product received inside the cartoon box of mobile was seal broken, that's why I placed a return of this, on the same day. Mobile still in original state of new as it is. No reputed company does this type o[censored]nproffessionism that they don't bother about customer retention, satisfaction. You people have no moral, as all your agents just manipulate the points of my concern and gives a super shot invalid answers. Plz look into the matter if you claims to be a genuine company.
