[Resolved] Samsung — Received damaged microwave - returned it, no refund or any communication | |||
I received a Samsung Solo microwave on 17th and it was badly damaged. After multiple calls and emails, Samsung agreed for a reverse shipment which I did on the 24th. Since then there is no communication from Samsung on either refund or replacement.
