I had placed the order on 06.4.22 (order id -[protected]) and it was delivered on 11.04.222 at 1500 hrs. with a damaged product. The engineer visited on the same day at 1705 hrs to install the product. But when he opened it found the damaged product. He made CSR report and immediately send the same to the service center to update the same to Samsung. I had also made a complaint for the same with pics of receiving of damaged product on 11.04.2022 and called the customer support. Why the damaged product was sent. Now, the 4 days have already passed away and everyday customer support extends the day for resolution. Initially, I was informed by mail just be patient for 24 hrs only, then 24- 48 hrs only, after that 03 days only. Now 04 day also come. I am totally fed up with Samsung support. Even I had paid money for a fresh product not for a damaged product still I am not getting a resolution.
When I called customer support they just replied we have reminded our team they will call you just have patience. This type of reply i am getting last 03 days. I am stuck now because not able to get replaced the product
