[Resolved] Samsung — Received damaged product | |||
I have ordered a refrigerator from samsung shop on 29th May 2021with order id [protected]. I received the product on 6th June 2021. And the installation was delayed due to covid so I waited for the arrival of service from their service centre. On 17th June 2021 service engineer was assigned and he came while opening there was a dent on the side of the product so he asked me to report it to the Samsung shop so I did the same on 17th June 2021 and I have included all the necessary images and documents as they asked but till now I haven't got any update regarding the reverse pickup and refund related Kindly please help me Was this information helpful? | |||
