I have ordered for an TV though your Samsung app, and the order no is [protected]. This order was delivered to me on 11th Sept, after 1 or 2 days I got a call for TV installation but I was not available at my place so I thought I will get it installed after some time . And I asked the engineer for the same he said ok you can get it installed any time just raise request for installation.
Yesterday I raised request for installation and the engineer Arun came from Samsung for installation but when he opened it engineer found the screen broken so he said raise a complaint on customer care for replacement. I raised a complaint and the executive said Samsung engineer will visit your place for inspection and post that we will arrange replacement. But when I again called today I had a word with one of the executive who is saying replacement is not possible since you have not registered complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
After spending 40k to buy a new TV what I have got is the damaged product. How could you deny for replacement when the product was sent from your side and the product was also opened by your engineer.
There is no fault from my side...please resolve my query asap...my registered complaint no is [protected]...resolve this issue asap Was this information helpful? |
