I've already sent multiple emails regarding this but haven't got any proper solution for it.
I've purchased a Samsung washing machine on 25 August 2019. I had issues a few days later and the executive came and resolved them.
The same issue happened again and the executive came and the Motherboard & sensors were replaced. I've asked on the first visit itself I want a replacement of the product, as it is a manufacturing defected product. Definitely, no electronic items get motherboard and sensor issue after several days and get replaced within 1 year.
I thought this would be the last time, but after this on February 2022 had an issue with the Shaft ( Loud noise from Machine ) and got replaced. But just after around 2 weeks the same issue got happen.
It's again confirmed that it has manufacturing defects for other parts too because the same parts which got replaced 2 weeks ago got the same issue.
As a customer buying these expensive Washing machine and getting a manufacturing defected product is not fair. I've already contacted the higher executive from a call, and haven't got any solution. Currently, I'm requesting Samsung to replace this product because you know it has manufacturing defects, as it's a rare case.
Hope you will keep up the trust in Samsung
