Hello, I have an open complaint for the replacement of my newly purchased faulty S6 Edge complaint number is [protected]. I need to urgently speak to a Regional Head or else I would go to consumer court now. I did not buy a new phone for getting into a hassle for so many days staying without the phone. Its a simple replacement. Apple would have replaced it in a day. I really regret changing my loyalty from Apple to Samsung. This is not the way to treat a customer.
