I have purchased Samsung 230L refrigerator on 26.07.21 from flipkart. I was having faith on Samsung brand, which is shattered after a series of interactions with customer care representatives from then onwards. I have received a faulty product, for which freezer compartment is working abnormally. Asked for online support and they have misguided me saying that its due to monsoon season and problem will disappear gradually. I used to buy ice cream and other frozen foods in bulk. All of the items kept inside the freezer section rotten and incurred huge loss. Then i understood that this is a serious problem and started continously calling customer care from 1st week of sep'21 onwards. My last complaint raised on 01.11.21 and it is yet to resolve. Since i was continuously following up, even without rectification of problem, they have closed my complaint. Immediately i have called them and informed. Even today also i have contacted them. Everytime they used to give false promises and never resolve my problem. If Samsung is unable to repair a brand new product, then please replace with another piece. As you are aware refrigerator is an essential home appliance in this covid situation. I am diabetic and used to store Insulin injection in refrigerator. Please resolve my long pending compliant.
