I had raised my first complaint [protected] on 11/0ct/2023 to report a cooling issue with my single door refrigerator. A technician from NewTech services visited on 13/Oct/2023 to diagnose the issue and confirmed that the compressor is faulty and needs to be replaced under warranty of 10 years. The same has been replaced on 1/Nov/2023 by the technician . On the same day, we noticed that a lot of noise was coming out of the compressor which was abnormal and the technician said he would order another compressor and get it replaced once arrived.
The second time the part was replaced on 06/Nov/2023. However, we are noticing the similar symptoms on the compressor that got replaced second time. Cooling is very low, unable to make ICE cubes. When I contacted customer care this morning, I was informed that the service center has reordered the part again.
The compressor has been replaced third time, still the issue not solved.It shows that Samsung India is not capable enough to support their product even under warranty. If they are not able to support then why they have to sell the product. They can simply sell it without warranty so that customer is not have to put faith on the Samsung product and it goes all depends on their fate.
I am raising voice my voice in this forum to get right resolution for the issue still i am having with my compressor. Was this information helpful? |
