Samsung — refrigerator cooling problem

My name is anil sharma. I purchased a refrigerator on 21oct, 2014. It was properly working last 8 month. But before 14 days it start cooling problem. It is not properly working. I have been complaint 4-5 times regarding this case. but your service centre is not taking any action. He is saying you will have to pay service charge and replacement part charge. My refrigerator is in warranty period. Why I will pay charge for this. Please take a legal action quickly otherwise I will complaint in consumer court. my contact number is-[protected], [protected]
