[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — Defective Refrigerator

I have purchased one direct cool refridgerator model no.:- RR2115TCARX, Product Serial No.:- 09414ZAF3015348. (Warranty Card Serial No.:- 155813) on 29.04.2014 from 'ELECTRONICS HOUSE' 219 N.S.C BOSE ROAD, KOLKATA-700 047. Vide Buyer's Copy No.:- 145, Dated:- 29.04.2014. I am very much disappointed to purchase the product because after defrosting, water drops from inside the plastic tray and floods inside the racks as well as the foods & vegetables. Please help me to avoid such a situation by providing helpful advice regarding this matter orelse I will be forced to return back the fridge for its defective craftsmanship. I haven't yet been delivered my FREE SMART LOCK 'N' SEAL KIT as well.
