[Resolved]  Samsung — Refrigerator gas leakage issue

Hi Team,

I am sharing this email just to seek help from your end as i bought a refrigerator a year ago(Dec'2021) and today this refrigerator works for me just as one metal box not more than that as cooling is not at all happening in my fridge.

Today when I called the service engineer at my premises to check the same, he said there is no gas left in your fridge and when I ask the reason, he is giving foolish reasons that by opening/ closing the fridge and due to bad quality of air it will happen normally and sometimes it will happen in 6 months as well. After having such conversation with the service engineer the first thought came into my mind that what is the product reliability, samsung is providing on their products.

Please help me on this matter as no one is eager to check the actual root cause instead they want to just fill gas in the fridge and close their open service call.

Hope to get support from your end ASAP and request you to ask your service team to provide a foolproof solution to the problem.
