Samsung galaxy s20 plus-green line on screen

A green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after October 2022 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many s20 plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't...

I need help with my service request. I visited the service center immediately after I raised the claim, but they did not accept my device as they weren’t able to verify my claim request. They claimed that they will only accept my device if they get a confirmation or a service claim confirmation from Servify. They also stated that when they try to verify my claim detail it Is not showing up in their System. When I reached out to customer care, the customer care associate redirected the service center person to share a mail with the Servify team regarding my device issue, and when the Servify team gives the go-ahead they will accept my device for Service.And i got a call from servify team and they are claiming that samsung has to provide a resolution for this issue, as it i their db that is having an issue and not servify team. the senior supervisor i talked to from samsung customer care had the nerve to tell me that i need to cancel my claim and make a new one, it's not their fault but mine. samsung customer care is blaming me and servify team while serfivy team is blaming samsung. you people are showing me a cat & mouse game, while i am the idiotic customer who trusted these stupid brands and paid a huge chunk of my hard-earned money.

        Made a purchase of a phone on samsung shop India website more than 2 months ago.
        Order ID (#[protected])
        The order was cancelled from my end within a day of placing the order and the phone was returned to origin exactly 3 days later. I have since then been trying to get assistance from samsung shop support for my refund but to no avail. I have been told that the case is being escalated and looked into by their relevant team and that I would recieve an update with 24 hours. Everyday since I have been recieving the same standard response toy queries, with no further resolution or explanation of delay provided. It's been 1.5 months since the timeline that the support team had informed me for the refund and noone from samsung has been in touch to resolve the issue. I have reached out them via mail, phone and have written to their grievance team but have been only able to get the same, standard and likely automated response. The refund policy on their website quotes a timeline on 7 -10 days post recieveing a cancellation request.
        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        No resolution provided so far and no one from samsung has bothered contacting me. Other consumers please beware, samsung has some great products and devices but if you run into any problem whatsoever with your purchase or product; you are on your own..no support and definitely no assistance from Samsung's customer service!

            My mobile phone(SM51) which is 1+yrs old suddenly have a charging issue. My mobile not getting charged. I make it to show room and the staff said. We ll provide service..if not it must be a spare replacement. I gave my mobile and i got the phn which is fixed with charging issue but the back panel isn't glued and they asking for payment to glueing and the pin(connector of the strap) inside the mobile is broken. Which is causing a display issue. I enquired abt that and they didn't giving proper replay. I am from perambalur and this just happened in perambalur showroom.

              I have been facing issues with my battery for 2-3 months due to low battery backup and panel tapping issues hence visited multiple times at Samsung authorized service centre for battery replacement but it was not available after I ordered and told me to wait for 2 months to reorder again for restocking by any chance during that period and then I again placed order within 2-3 months and this time I got battery available but during changing my battery a sensor which avail air command feature damaged by service center as it was working till date and not given me info prior nor mentioned on job sheet after weeks following up company refused to repair saying it was already damaged and making the wrong statement and didn't find any right clue. My mobile is completely damaged free and has no scratches then how it got damaged and again they said tapping was damaged and in their finding glue was there but if this the case why they didn't inform me when they took the phone for repair and not mentioned on job sheet and the part which they are saying damaged by glue is not exposed to the outer body it's under the body where glue cant damage. When I suggest replacing the mid panel or sensor they said me to change the complete screen as they are not trained to handle or change such a thing then how they want me to change the screen costing over 17k for such a small part even though I didn't make any mistake. Completely illogical.

                  I have been using my samsung m31s mobile for past 2 years and i have faced many software bugs. A week before my phone had random ringtone playing all of sudden so i called remote support and complained about it. They made some changes and but after then my mobile gets restated again and again .
                  I complained to the offline service center too but they responded saying most of the m series phones gets these issue .Such a shame on Samsung India, it is clearly visible it a problem on the company's side but they are not recalling their products or not even providing service for it without charging fees.It costs about 8500 Indian rupees to change motherboard which is their
                  worst product quailty.

                    Refund Amount

                    I had ordered Samsung F23 ( Order id [protected] ) on 23rd oct 2022 on official website & delivery date was 30th Oct 2022.

                    After that I waited till 9th Nov 2022, but no order received then on the same day I cancelled that order at evening, till date I didn't received my refund, since from consecutive 12 days I am taking follow up with customer care & they giving me fake commitment everyday that my money will refund within...

                    I had ordered Samsung TV from Samsungshop.com order no : [protected]
                    on 25 Oct got the TV on 28th. Samsung installation guy came and the TV was broken he requested a return and took the paperwork.
                    Its 22nd Nov and Samsung has not picked up the device and they are not refunding my money either.

                    I had purchased the TV on EMI cause I could not pay in full but post the return acceptance Samsung Cancelled the EMI but the Credit card company charged me full amount of 38k

                    Not the Credit card bank is asking me to pay the money and Samsung is not refunding the amount stating they will refund once they pickup the device. They are not picking up the device either or refunding my money.

                    Samsung has caused me mental harassment. I have Called samsung multiple times escalated to head of service and even written to the CEO desk multiple times but they are not taking any action.

                      This is Aditi Chakraborty and I'm here for my order no. [protected]. I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy f23 on 26th June 2022 and chose the payment method as Payment on Delivery. I received the delivery on 1st july around 11:38:22 am and the delhivery partner mentioned it is prepaid. So, I contacted with Samsung Customer service and they asked me to make the payment by scanning the qr code given in the invoice. I made the payment through gpay at 1:24 pm on[protected] by scanning the qr code but since then I'm receiving mails from samsung shop that my payment is due and they shall take legal action against me for clearing the payment which I've already paid.
                      So kindly look into this matter. Even the samsung customer service is not providing any help which has turned out to be harassing for me.

                        I have Samsung M31s mobile it has auto restart, lagging and hang issue. Service center is asking to change motherboard of mobile. This issue is been faced by 1000's o[censored]ser who are using m31s. It means it is serious issue by company side. Why should we change motherboard which cost around 8-10k ? My phone doesn't have any physical damaged, No water damaged, Not a single scratch, I am using original charger then why?
                        Why 1000's o[censored]sers facing same issue?

                        Need resolution for this from company end.

                              Order placed: 28 September 2022
                              Received damaged and initiated return immidiately.
                              Pick up time line was 5-7 days. They picked up after 17 days.
                              Return confirmation received on Oct 18th 2022. Refund supposed to be in my account in 7-10 business days.
                              After contacting them multiple times and loosing all my patience I am here.

                              Every time I talk to them, every incompetent reps gives just one answer, "Sorry for the trouble caused, we will forward this to the higher ups and they will contact you" but nobody has ever reached out to me. Samsung is clearly trying to eat my money. Once in a while they will reply if they are in a mood.

                                My washing machine which is having warranty for upto may 15th 2023, and i have given complaint about washing machine it's not working from more than 45 days and i have lodged complaint on September last week and service engineer came and he did some repair cost me 2800 rupees fully and again it didn't work again he came and he checked and he took 1000 rupees from me after wards I have came to know that it's under warranty it should be done free but i did not get my amount and washing machine also not repaired because of the negligence from there service I have lost one and half month of my warranty, kindly compensate the amount and take appropriate action on the company

                                  Dear Sir/Madam

                                  My name is Vishvas Jangid.

                                  I`ve bought Samsung Galaxy F23 (6GB RAM) Aqua Blue from https://www.samsung.com/in/ on 15th October, 2022 and cancelled the order on 17th October, 2022. It is a prepaid order. The order ID is #[protected] and amount is INR 14398.00. They refunded partially only INR 399.00 on 19th October, 2022, and remaining amount is INR 13999.00. Today is 13th November, 2022 but I still haven`t got my refund back of INR 13999.00. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free. My is ticket ID is #77960845 They said they will return it in 5-7 days but still no refund I am a middle class person who lives on the edge of the bread. I ordered a product costing Rs.14398/- first time in my life and this is the experience from top known company. I want my refund back. It`s a hard earned money.

                                    I bought this 5 nov 2021, since then i am facing white patches/clouding in display that is too much to be ignored but service center is denying that is even a issue.
