I purchased samsung refrigerator and for installation

And for installation samsung given the reference number ( your reference number is [protected] ) installation booked on[protected].
Samsung service informed service engineer will provide the service within the 48 hrs but no one came for installation.
Am raised the complaint on samsung support for 2 times reference numbers are [protected] and [protected].
No one resolve the issues and all are giving fake assurance.now i returning the product, worst service from the samsung
