Sub: Request to solve Samsung inverter side-by side Refrigerator problem

I purchased refrigerator in 2017 . After 4 years, developed cooling issue problem, lodged complain on[protected] through customer care[reference number [protected]] and same day engineer visited site and through physical inspection identified gas issue(Amount- 649 CASH RECEIPT NO-9996). Next day Engineer visited Without checking thoroughly, based on earlier observation, cut pipe line and filled up the gas ( Amount-Rs1416 Receipt No-KAN-11018 ).
Same problem was repeated after 4days, Service engineer told me not contact customer care and he will check gain. Again same service engineer re-visited, identified circuit board problem as compressor was not running and order the board and requested me to raise a new complain in Customer care as it is a separate issue. So I had lodged the complain again and explained detailed to customer care, based on that he re-visited. Categorically, I was told issue not related to board and suspecting internal cooling problem.
Next day, again gas was checked by same service engineer and cited the problem is due to internal body leakage. Samsung will not provide any service for this problem and service center is not authorized to do so. Subsequently contacted customer care and lodged complain again ( REF ID -[protected])and customer care assured me that “ whatever may be the problem, it is the responsibility of Samsung to repair”, so I requested send other engineer for repairing.( all of my conversation with customer has been recorded from your side and also your side for proof). However again the case was referred to same engineer. Engineer refused to come as this is not under Samsung purview. My refrigerator gas pipe was cut by engineer and remaining as it is.
Last 17days, without refrigerator my family was suffering and put me under mental stress by your service engineer. Contacted higher authority ( sr Exceutive ). No final words from samsung after 23days. If problem is not solved by Samsung, customer faith on Samsung will be diminished. Was this information helpful? |
