I have RT28K3343R2/HL Samsung Refrigerator purchased in the year 2016. on Jun 15th we ran into cooling issue for the lower compartment and forming of ice on the upper door (Freezer). On Jun17th opened SR [protected] after several follow-ups with Customer care[protected] they have sent an engineer on 19th June. Unfortunately it was a power shutdown on that and the engineer who visited tried to open the upper board but as it was frozen he didn't try more and straightaway told that it should be either Sensor issue or Fan issue and he ordered sensor and received 500 as advance and informed that an Engineer will come and fix the sensor on Monday 21.06.2021 but as a wonderful service of Samsung no one has come on that day. Hence I have followed up with Customer Care and Service Center (SR Enterprise) whole day and on next day 22.06.2021 one engineer has come and replaced Sensor and told issue is fixed and asked to check the cooling after few hours but there is no change still the issue persisted. Hence I have called the Customer number on the same day 22.06.2021 and made complaint in the SAMSUNG CEO page. On Next day afternoon 23.06.2021 an Engineer has come and his attitude is not professional without mask. He checked for 15min and told to replace Motherboard when I asked him then what is the reason for replacement of Sensor unit. He told we thought first it could be sensor issue after replacing it we found issue is with Motherboard now and the cost of the Motherboard is 2500/- but still they are not sure what is the real issue. When I have complained about the behavior and the service of the Engineer to the service center. The enigneer called me and asked what did i say about him to the service center. I am really confused the service of Samsung. Still now my issue is not fixed.

Thanks for the response. Just want to update you that I have called one of the local technician definitely not from Samsung service Center and you know what the issue is not with Sensor nor with the Motherboard but actually it is with a Iron Coil (It should be a Copper but don't know why Samsung is using Iron) which connects the Compressor had a minor whole due to rust and there was a block between the Freezer to the water outlet and once the Technician found these two problems and fixed it permanently. Luckily I didn't allow the Samsung Technician to replace the Motherboard if that has been done then again I would have listened to another one big story from Samsung. Kindly place experienced technician and professionals hence Samsung will maintain the brand name otherwise you will loose your valuable customers just like me!

    Have logged service request twice [protected]
    The customer service rep, tejaswini has been rude and impolite. The quotation for repqir/replacement is around 20000 INR.
    When requested to give in writing the warranty for replacement panel along with quotation, it was plainly rejected saying that only verbal warranty will be given. We are lost and need to decide if we should choose a new TV of different instead of relying on Samsung for support.

    Requesting urgently to look in to it.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics

        The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered this Samsung Monitor on 27 March 2021, via Amazon.in, and got it delivered about a week later. Now, since June 12, this product has started developing various defects known as 'grey spots' on its main display. I contacted Samsung via email and their website. They gave me this service request # [protected]. After contacting them multiple times, a Service-person called me asking me Product images, serial, and invoice. He claimed he would come to visit me the same day, i.e, June 14th, and said he could only repair the product, and not replace it, despite the product still being within its first few months o[censored]sage. He hasn't visited me even by today and stopped picking up my phone call. Meanwhile, I've been regularly contacting Samsung via e-mail to get the defective product replaced, but I've been only getting the same repetitive, irrelevant replies, stating the product will be repaired soon. Let it be clear to Samsung that I should be entitled total replacement of this monitor, and not ANY sort of refurbished, repaired product, as the product is new and has a warranty of 3 Years. Or, failing to do so, Samsung must provide a full refund. Contact no of Samsung Service Person: [protected] The product invoice is enclosed below

        Replace/Refund, asap. 10 days have gone by already.

          Hi,

          I am using Samsung S9+ since 1.5 years. Around 18th june 2021 an update came and I updated my device.
          Post the update the display started appearing greenish. I googled and on Samsung community I found that several Samsung phone had same issue.

          Samsung online support asked me to do Safe mode and factory re-set, I did that. No help.
          Visited service center and did software check and my phone was had no issues. Technician confirmed this is known issue but since my mobile is out of warranty I need to pay around Rs 12K to get the display changed.

          @Samsung you ask the users to keep the device updated. Your update is having bug which has impacted my good working mobile.

          So now if the device is impacted because of this update, I am liable to suffer.

          In my family we are using several Samsung product and premium mobiles, please don't let us change our opinion about Samsung.

          Request to get my screen changes WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.

          It's been more than 11 days, my mobile is at service center and I am still awaiting confirmation.
          Not sure how many days do you need to get one issue resolved.

          Hi Samsung Team,

          I got a call from Samsung team and being asked to submit my handset for more research.
          I submitted my handset on 25th June, and till today No Updates I received. This morning 2nd July21, I made a call to service center and I am being told that I need to pay Rs11800/- as cost of repair.

          I was being asked to submit my handset second time as an assurance that things will be sorted and I will get my handset repaired Free Of Cost, as the display became greenish after new updates from Samsung.

          If you think this display issue has happened because o[censored]ser handling issue, then please mention this over the Job card and get my handset returned.
          Also request to provide the log for same.

            I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the disgusting approach of Samsung towards their customers.

            I have paid for a premium phone which has a manufacturing defect. While buying I was told the screen is super strong and nothing will happen to the fold.

            However in 3 months time I started to see a bubble line on the fold which increased in a months time.

            My first call was made to the call center on 23 April.

            I am still struggling between the customer service across the city.

            And I have been told that I have to pay for the screen for no fault of mine.

            Why should I pay for the screen when its absolutely a manufacturing defect.

            I need the someone to call me from the head office.

              I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ on 16th June, 2021 and my delivery was scheduled for 22 June. Order number - [protected]

              However, according to mail I received on inquiring about this I came to know that it has been packed and ready to be shipped.
              Also I am receiving the same status from LEVEL 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE that it is packed and ready to be shipped since the last 4 days.
              If it is really packed and ready to be shipped, Why is the shipping being delayed?

              It is to be delivered tomorrow but is not even shipped as of now and everyday I receive the status as packed and ready to be shipped and AWB number[protected] for tracking without shipping the product.

              Please look into the matter and either ship it or let me at least know the reason for the delay and by when I should really expect it to ship.

                Hi team, I purchased samsung galaxy m30 s on 6 th June from last 2 weeks my mobile is getting restarted frequently and also getting hanged even after showing it to the service center still issue is not resolved . Please look into this matter as soon as possible it's not a cheap mobile it's cost is around 15k please do it as soon as possible

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had taken Fridge from S.K. Sales from your Vapi Dealer and sorry to say but I am not at all happy with your service executive.

                  My fridge is having a problem of defroze and your executive says single door fridge has that issues so you have to manage the same.

                  We were not guided about the same when we had purchased the same nor your Engineer or Dealer told us about it.

                  Request you to kindly get the issue resolved or replace my fridge with a double door I am ready to pay the difference amount but need a solution to this issue as it is hardly 4-5 months I have purchased the fridge.

                  Sorry to say but I am not at all happy with Samsung Services not at all Customer Friendly.

                  I will definately go to the Consumer Court if my issue is not resolved.

                  Waiting for your reply and change my perception for Samsung.

                    It’s very frustrating. The request was raised on 15th June and a person visit he said repair need to done and collected advance money from me.
                    Now I do not hear anything from him.
                    When I called him then he told me that repair cannot be done since Samsung no longer making the parts of the modal I am having.
                    Still no refund nothing.
                    Customer support is pathetic they told me many times they will resolve it but nothing happening.
                    Feeling cheated as I buy a product with a promise of service which I am not getting on top of that your people are taking money and not returning back.

                      I am Jaspreet from Pune. I had purchased Galaxy z flip in Jan 21 from Phoenix Market city Pune. And in just about 3 months I started to see a prominent line on the fold. Since it was a lockdown I called the helpline on 23 April and they asked me to pay 10000 for the screen which is ridiculous why would someone pay for a manufacturing defect.

                      Now the line is looking extremely bad.

                      Due to the lockdown everything was shut in Maharashtra so recently a few days back to a went to the nearest service center in Kalyani nagar but they refused to take up this claiming its a premium phone and they are not authorized to these phones. They asked me to go to Swargate center which is the oldest and is authorized to repair premium ones. They also told me that it is definitely a manufacturing defect.

                      I called up the Swargate center and spoke with Mr Nitin there, first he told me he assured me someone will contact me and pick up the handset from my place and give me a spare premium phone yo use. Then after a couple of days he tells me they can't pick up the handset I will have to visit them since I live far. Which is absolutely not my problem.

                      Then he directs me to another center in Kharadi.

                      I am trying to call Kharadi center but nobody answers the phone.



                      I feel so damn frustrated for taking this phone and getting into such a situation.

                      And I feel I should send a copy of this mail to all the newspapers and on social media so that everyone knows what kind of after sales you have.

                        I have purchase 670 liter fridge on November 2020, In Month of April 2021, defrost and sweating problem started in the fridge, I have complain in Samsung customer care and Engineer visited and say that there is choking problem. I have given permission for repair and they have done the choking problem repairing but the problem is remain same .Since April, it is almost 3 month running but problem not solved yet
                        Engineer done the repairing 2 time but the problem is not solved yet, because there is a manufacturing defect in the fridge.
                        We want replacement. Please help.

                          My Samsung phone having issue, so visited tenkas Samsung service center at last Monday they told water went inside need to be service u have to pay something...next day again we visited and asked water went inside means how mobile phone getting charge ? Later checked not water issue, problem with motherboard issue need to be replace the board ...need 1week time for spare parts waiting time, and they return phone to us,

                            Hi

                            Can you help in this regard, I had service in my Samsung Fridge. Raised and service request and person came and did the repair and charged me Rs 3450 but no bill is provided still and problem is not resolved as he came next day and could not able to resolve.

                            Still I am confused what is the breaks of service expense what they charged me rs 3450 and issue is not resolved still.

                            We always speaks about brand and quality they are not upto the mark

                            Can you address this quickly this kind of cheatings.

                                I bought Samsung galaxy s10 lite from Go Mobile INR 32999 (Tilak Nagar, Jail Road) on 20 December 2020 through mode of cash payment. And within a week of buying the phone, the problem started in it. For which I went to the service center of Samsung then they told me that the phone may have software problem and gave me back after updating the software. But after a few days the same problem started happening in my phone. For which I made a call to the Samsung customer care again, then they asked me to show the phone again to the service center. For which I again went to the Samsung service center (QDIGI service Ltd, Okhla phase 1), and there they told me the same problem again of software update issue and updated my phone and gave it back to me. After a couple of days, the problem in my phone kept on increasing and started, which I also have all the proofs with me. At the same time, there was a growing outbreak of corona, due to which lockdown took place. Then I decided to mail it to CEO Email Support, about which I got a call from them on 29.April.2021, which was a fraud call. And that guy knew all about my issue and had all the information of my phone well in advance probably because of their privacy Leak. Due to which INR 47427 were also withdrawn from my account, which I also have a copy of FIR/ Cyber Crime complain/Jurisdiction police Complain receiving with me.
                                The very next day I mailed to Samsung customer care then I got a call from them then I told them the same about all whatever problems came in my phone and also informed them about the fraud that happened to me. They didn’t listen to my fraudulent transaction and asked me to deposit the phone to Samsung service center as soon as the lockdown opens.
                                I went there and submitted my phone, and they asked me for 3 to 4 days to check the phone. After 3-4 days he called me and said that there is no problem in the phone: you come and collect your phone while I also showed them the proof of all the problems which I made from the other phone. But even then he did not help me, just asked me to collect the phone again and again.
                                Even after complaining so many times, Samsung did not help me in any way, that’s why I finally decided to file case in the consumer court.
                                Now, it’s my humble request you to please help me in this problem. Because the problem that happened with me, I cannot afford it and the one who cheated with me, the fraudulent transaction done from my account is more than my salary.

                                    I have ordered a refrigerator from samsung shop on 29th May 2021with order id [protected].
                                    I received the product on 6th June 2021. And the installation was delayed due to covid so I waited for the arrival of service from their service centre.
                                    On 17th June 2021 service engineer was assigned and he came while opening there was a dent on the side of the product so he asked me to report it to the Samsung shop so I did the same on 17th June 2021 and I have included all the necessary images and documents as they asked but till now I haven't got any update regarding the reverse pickup and refund related

                                      Address: 657,2nd floor, sector 51 gurgaon near prinction floors

                                      Almost in 6-7 months there is a problem of auto restart in my mobile. Visited service center on 15th June 2021 and thay had submitted my mobile, after that no one has contacted me from service center when I was trying to call no one is bother to respond, then I called to customer care center and got reply that service center has generated service request on 19th. This is the behavior from service center and company.

                                        I am writing to you about my worst experience with Samsung Electronics India Customer Service.
                                        I bought a new refrigerator RS72R5011SL/TL on[protected] from Vijay Sales, East Delhi. In the month of March 2021 the refrigerator started having moisture issue and also at times it would freeze those water drops in the fridge compartment and vegetables. I called up support and they asked me to set the temperatures to min n max.

                                        But the issue started again in May. I reported the issue on 29th May 2021 to Samsung Customer Care vide SR#[protected]. The Tech guy (Mr. Sachin) came and took a note of temperature readings. also cleaned up the Compressor compartment and asked me to check if the issue still persists in the coming days. Yes! The issue was still there and I called him up and I was told " I will talk in the company and let you know. Please give me 2 days' time."

                                        I called again and I was told the same thing.
                                        When I asked the customer care to check the status of my SR, to my surprise it was closed with status RESOLVED.

                                        However, I raised a new S on 04 Jun 2021 vide SR# [protected]. Another guy comes (Mr. Rakesh), takes temperature readings, and leaves saying " We will update you after getting a reply from Samsung Q&A( Mr. Sher Singh on call told me this)."

                                        The faulty part ( as per the Engineer) was replaced on 18 JUN 2021 with the words that the problem is resolved now and you will not have the issue anymore. However, to my dismay, the ordeal of the issue continues. The moisture is still there and no more cooling in the fridge compartment.

                                        On contacting customer care the visit was arranged and then the golden words come again - the issue will be resolved. I WILL NOT GO FOR ANY PART REPLACEMENT ANYMORE. I WANT MY NEW REFRIGRATOR TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW AND BETTER PRODUCT.

                                        Sir ! I am frustrated with all this and I feel ashamed to be calling them each n every day for a resolution to my complaint.
                                        I request your good self to please get my faulty product replaced. I am facing mental trauma because of all this.

                                        This is not how a multinational 6 sigma company should work. I am gonna file a complaint about 6 Sigma too.
