Samsung F62 mobile overheating problem

I have purchased Samsung F62 mobile phone on 27th May 2021 and from the same day i am facing overheating problem .It was ordered through flipkart on 19th may 2021 .I raised the issue on the very next day and requested for the refund for the same since it had no replacement option available. My samsung top load washing machine was purchased on 19th July 2919. Recently it stopped working through customer care they came home and took the machine for service and returned after 10 days saying that everything is right and charged 4000 for which they did not even give the bill.Since then the drier is not working and the digital time is fixed at 103 min. Now they are telling cock and Bull stories that it will take 1 month or more for repair. My question is if it is not fully repaired why they returned it and why they charged 4000. I am totally annoyed at their behaviour and they left me with agony. I am a promising customer of samsung and I did not expect like this.

    I purchased Tab A7 from samsung shop. But I received a product with hardware problem ( camera &display problem). So I approached service center and they issued DOA certificate on 06/06/21and I gave back my product to them . Till today I didn't get any response from samsung. So many times I approached through customer care and mails, but no response. They are not returning my money or they not giving new product.

      Is gas leakage covered in 10 years warranty of compressor

      I purchased samsung inverter ac last year may, 2020. I was fine all summer. After winter, this season when i restarted the ac, it is not cooling. Samsung technician says there is gas leakage and gas is not present in compressor. For refilling, they are asking for 3000 rs

      my compressor has 10 years warranty. gas leakage is the fault of compressor. It should be resolved free of cost.

      Why should i pay money...

      I complained to Samsung customer care on 4th June that my fridge door is not working. 1 person came from Samsung service center, he said that the door will be changed or it will be charged, I said ok, he took our Rs.2000 or said that the door of your fridge will be used in next 2 to 3 days but he has not come yet. Samsung Customer Center Not Responding I Have Called Again.

        I went to samsung mobile service center to show my phone in which charging issue was coming they said me that my charging board is to be changed I said ok the changed it and charged me rs-1065 but when I again took my phone to the service center that my that my prob is not resolved they said they have to change some other part then when I asked them then I did u change my charging board last they stared misbehaving with me and kept my old bill also so plz look to this matter very very seriously.

          I gave on samsung make make smart watch which is under warranty the display of same is not working.When I approached service centre They denied servicing .When I called samsung they asked them to accept servicing. They reluctantly accepted but asking for ₹8000

                  I lodged a complaint against my fridge on 9th may 2021 and the service guy from their service centre located in Ghaziabad(the only one) came to visit at my place. He checked my fridge and said that due to defrosting the compressor has broken and needs to be repaired along with the entire ice box. I told him that I had bought the fridge in 2016 so compressor is under warranty but he kept on saying I will be charged for it and he wanted to make money out of it. He was also very unprofessional and rude to talk to, so I shared this with Samsung support wastap and asked if they san send someone else for service as I found that guy very unprofessional. So I spoke again to Samsung regarding this and they confirmed me that since my fridge is under warranty I won’t be charged for it. But since then onwards my fridge never got repaired.they kept on giving excuses of lockdown and my service kept on getting canceled as I have refused to pay that money. I spoke again to them on 10th June and the Samsung watsap support told me their will be an engineer visit today I.e 11 June, but again nobody called. So I called again and I spoke to this guy-
                  Name- Wasim- team lead -digital samsung (Ghaziabad)
                  He told me he is speaking from Samsung support only and he said that I will b charged for it.
                  I have been harassed on this case for a month.
                  I want strict actions to be taken against this case.
                  I as a customer of Samsung is very disappointed in their service and ethics.
                  I don’t wish to be a Samsung customer anymore.

                    I had bought Samsung refrigerator in November 2020 which is under warranty, when I complained to Samsung india customer care no they came with the solution that this refrigerator is non repairable and that they will provide me with the voucher of the same value for which is shown in the bill, I had asked them to replace the product with similar product or provide me the voucher of the same value at which the product is available in market which is approx rs 8000 higher . For this company has declined my request.

                      My request is cancelled without fixing the defect. And it was marked as no issue found.

                      Problem is my TV reboots continuously during boot. And this problem occurs once in 8-10 hours. If the TV starts in the morning. It won’t work in the evening with power cycling issue. If it starts in the evening it won’t work in the morning. I’m attaching the defect video here.

                      When the service engineer visited, I have shown him the video recordings of the issue as the tv was working that morning. He said he need to get a service remote to check the problem and left. Same day evening the rebooting problem occurred again and I have recorded it and share him the videos again. Next day he said, software needs to be updated and it would take couple of days for them to receive the software from factory and he said software cannot be downloaded.
                      While I was waiting for him to come back to address the issue, I got a message saying my service request was cancelled as no defect was found.

                      This is not the first time we are facing such issue with this service center. We have a Samsung AC. And two years back when we have an issue with the AC, every time we raise a complaint, it was closed in couple of days without addressing the issue. It took 6 months for the service center to finally fix the issue in AC after making numbers complains.

                      THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE CENTER AND NO ONE IS TAKING ANY ACTION.

                      Please look into this issue urgently and respond as early as possible.

                        I have 2 mobiles of samsung M21. while first phone was bought in September 2020, till now it has display defects for 3 times. and other purchase of February 2021 had same defect on display. it seems every time we go to service centre, it is said that defect is not under warranty claim. This is a serious issue in quality standards of phone since it happened with 2 phones of mine.
                        i am very deeply saddened about quality of phone. Please look into the issue, since it is happening with Many mobile holders.

                            Samsung is selling faulty products in the name of Inverter ACs. The product is good for one year or less. Whereas, the warranty Samsung provides is a myth. They never let you use the services under warranty claiming unnecessary huge amounts.Their services are very poor and disappointing.

                            I have had purchased an AC in 2019, and now in 2 years the product is not in a working state. This is not fair for consumers. This is clearly a case of cheating and consumers have been made fooled off.

                              I registered a complaint on date 18-05-21. Complaint number was [protected] and till i am waiting for visit. I call the customer care almost daily but they only register reminder repeatedly.
                              From last few days i am getting calls from service centre from different different person and ask the problem i am facing and assures the visit on that day or next day. Since then i am waiting for them all the day leaving all my important work and job but still nobody visits to repair. Yesterday i was assured through chat from a customer care executive that your ac repairing would be done tomorrow anyhow. Now today also i waited all the day and tried so many calls and chat but no body there to help me. When i call service centre here i get responce so rudely that when we get repair permission from higher authority only then we visit and when i call to customer care they assure the visit on same day or next day.
                              Where do i call to repair my ac?
                              Why did you give guarantee of that product when you not able to do your work.
                              I am just waiting only to repair the ac after leaving all my work

                                  I am very disappointed with the samsung refrigeartor I bought it in the month of september last year on 20 sep 2020 I was overwhelmed that I bought a great brand but after 7 months of purchase since 2 june 2021the refrigerator stopped cooling at all I complaint in the service center asking for replacement of the faulty appliance and also written several emails to samsung support. Three engineers visited my home and they told us that this is a problem of internal leakage in the unit and then they said they will have to replace a filter and also on top of that 1 engineer even started selling us AMC for rs4300 and also commented itni garmi me khan jaoge fridge toh repair karana hi hoga. Being a brand you put these faulty things in the appliance so that people will buy AMC and I am sure this is a manufacturer defect because internal leakage doesn't caused through filter it is when there is a defect in the entire unit which is responsible for transferring the gas for circulation and cooling. A humble request please replace this device I can't bear repairs all the time right now the fridge is under warranty so the part is coming for free but what if the leakage again starts after warranty of thr device then will again go through this. I can't bear this stress of repairing a new appliance everytime.
                                  This kind of quality wasn't expected from the number one brand will never recommend samsung to anyone because of you people I had to suffered alot and even after tons of emails there is no hearing of a customer. You treated us badly and sold us a defective appliance. To the best possible please resolve this as the soonest because it is difficult to survive in summers without a fridge.

                                    I have repaired my Galaxy Note 10 plus from SAMSUNG authorised service centre, (Bharatia Business, Near Jain Mandir) Nalbari, Assam on[protected] & I paid accordingly Rs 23, 900.
                                    I could not believe that, the mobile phone stopped working after 3 days. I again went to the service centre with the mobile phone. The service centre told me that the main board which was fitted during repair was not working. They kept my mobile again for repair with out any receipt. One of the person from Service centre (Name- Mr Utpal Singha) has handed over the phone to the reception of my hospital in my absence.
                                    Now, when I saw the phone, I was shocked as the back cover was fitted with some adhesive like Fiviquik. I communicated Mr. Utpal Singha of service centre. But, He did not responded me well.
                                    Please look after the matter & do the needful.
