Recently i purchased above model refrigerator through amazon india last month. Since the day of purchase, the panel for changing the freezer to fridge (Converter) is not working. On complaint the engineer visited once and said it may be require replacement. But till now the issue is not resolved.
I have made 4 service requests [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected], out of which the first 3 have been closed even without attending. The last one is pending since 01/09/2020. I have spoken to the call centre executives on 08/09/2020 and 09/09/2020 (Ref. No.[protected] and [protected]) without any help. The complaint is still not resolved. The refrigerator is less than 1 month old and the response from samsung in attending the problem is pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
