A 600 litres double door Samsung refrigerator was purchased during April, 2014. But after a lapse of only five months, it is non-functional. Now after repeated telephone the service centre at Ludhiana don't pick up the phone call on number[protected]. Even, the Samsung customer care officials were contacted two times on[protected], two times on[protected] and 3 times on 1-9-2014 just requesting that our food items are deteriorating and they are saying that person from our service centre will contact you soon but it is very unfortunate that after repeated requests no body have turned up.
