We had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 10.4.2011, Model No - RT26HCUX and Sr. No R0034PAB202851V, but now it is creating the problem. The refrigerator is not doing anything cold. We have lodge a complaint in samsung customer care and technician from Samsung Authorised service center (Durga Electronics Services, Gurgaon) visited and found that No gas in refrigerator and filled the gas with chargeable basis and we had paid Rs973 wide receipt No 5780 Dt.[protected] and after 15 day same problem is occurred, Then again we have lodge the complaint and again fill the gas, after 15 day same problem again occurred . Again we have lodge the complaint and same authorised Dearler technicain visited at my home and hold us there is internal problem in the refrigerator and it is not possible to repair, So you can submit original bill of refrigerator along with your residence proof and cross cheque and you will get total refund amount.
But when I reached the Service Center ( Durga Electronics), they told me that you will only get 34 % from total amount.
Please tell me why should I accept it, I want repair my refrigerator or replace with New One or should return full amount.
I want positive response from your side.
