This is my latest samsung service request no. [protected].
I bought refrigerator in the month of February 2020, from day one I am facing issue of the fridge.
I have contacted several times into the Samsung Customer Care, they are just generating service no's andautomatically closing it without resolving my ticket.
One of its employee named Manish(manish.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) was following up with this issue.
He is just calling and just checking the readings again and again and saying there is no problem with your fridge.
I have images and videos of my fridge.
Only freezer is working and remaining sections are not cooling.
I have attached all the conversation screenshot for your reference.
Service centre engineer is telling there is a problem in your fridge and if I tell to #samsungindia
They will not trust me any more and Manish is telling that your fridge is fine and recording Are accurate and there is no problem in your fridge.
It seems that we are telling lie to samsung.
I was very patient from last 4 months.
I don't trust #samsungindia
Any more.
I dont trust #samsungindia anymore neither its staff nor its products.
Now I need a REFUND.
If you are claiming to give warranty of 1 year or 2, that can not be repaired.
I can share the recordings of service centre engineer, manish.[protected]@partner.samsung.com and customer care.
Kindly look into the matter or else I will take an action what else I can take.
