[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — not satisfied with your servce.

Dear sr, we have purchased Samsung double door fridge model no. RT-26/ 2009 (FROST FREE- 250 ltr) here at Patna in 2009. we had well well satisfied with the working of fridge since last 4 years. Suddenly, about 2 months ago, The fridge was not working and seems dead. we call to customer care and the service man came to our home. He find the fridge offcourse, dead. he suggested us that you have to send the fridge to our service centre and also said that the PCD & Relay have to replace. We agree with him and allow him to go ahead. After three days, we recd our fridge at our home after repairing the said fault with a bill of Rs 2500. But since then, we found that our fridge is not cooling well and the vegetable in lower box got fridged. We again complaint to customer care and the service man again came to us, we told him about the problem, he again changed the one more part. But, we are facing all the problems in fridge what facing earlier. Now, we again call him But, he always says the fridge is working properly. Sir, we are not satisfied with the service tendered to us, after so much expending the money and time the problem still the same. We request you to pls send the proper service man to chk our fridge otherwise we have to approach to consumer court for the redressal of our problem. Waited for our appliances to be delivered for a month. So excited and sadly disappointed. The guys who delivered squeezed the fridge through my front door scratching our brand new door and the entire front of the new fridge. Of course I didn’t realize until afterward when they already left ( two screaming curious kids in the midst.) our new stove had a huge noticeable gash on the top which I though was just tape. We were told that our fridge wouldn’t be a shiny black but a Matte black ( kids fingerprints) and it was of course shiny. Samsung will only offer to come out and replace the doors on the fridge and replace the stove but won’t let us choose a different color. On top of it we paid for install of our dishwasher when they said that we didn’t have the right hook up to do it. So now there’s a dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen. 😡
