Samsung — Refrigerator Not satisfying the service since purchased

I have purchased Samsung RT26FCTR1/CTL/2011 Ser No R0084PAB900739T on 18 Mar 2012. Every year it is showing some problem that you can see my complain using Mob No [protected] now changed [protected]. Since last year it is off road due to water leakage in inner body which has not solved by your engr rep yesterday. Due to this I am unable to use the refrigerator in this hot season. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you. Ramesh Thakur.
